From the first phone call to enquire to dropping the van off that I'd hired, the customer experience was excellent. A lady in the office spoke excellent English and answered all of my questions knowledgeably and patiently. Collecting the vehicle and returning it was a painless experience. Terrible after-sales service. I hired a car for a service for my company, with capacity for 7 people and although I went to inspect the car a few days before, I could not do it as it was not available. When I finally went to pick up the car with 3-day service, after seeing the quality of the car I refused to keep it since it did not meet expectations. It was a fairly old car (minimum 10 years or more), with more than 450,000 km and quite uncomfortable, very hard seats and some with holes. Obviously it was not a car to take clients and drive 600 km. I understand that they have the right to charge me on the first day since they do not have the capacity to react to rent the car that day, but that they will charge me for the 3 days without having used even 1 km. I think it is not only unfair but it shows that it is Money is more important than customer satisfaction. They have earned a few euros but have lost a client.

Contrate un coche para un servicio a mi empresa, con capacidad para 7 personas y a pesar de que fui a inspeccionar el coche unos dias antes, no pude hacerlo al no estar disponible. Cuando finalmente fui a recoger el coche con servicio para 3 dias, tras ver la calidad del coche rehuse a quedarmelo ya que no cumplamos expectativas. Se trataba de un coche bastante antiguo (minimo 10 anos o mas), con mas de 450.000 km y bastante incomodo, asientos muy duros y algunos con agujeros. Evidentemente no era un coche para llevar clientes y conducir 600 km. Entiendo que esten en su derecho de cobrarme el primer dia ya que no tienen capacidad de reaccion para alquilar el coche ese dia, pero que me cobraran los 3 dias sin haber usado ni 1 km me parece que es no solo injusto sino que demuestra que es mas importante el dinero que la satisfaccion del cliente. Han ganado unos euros pero han perdido un cliente.

La tercera vez acudo me dicen esta todo resuelto y devuelto, como no me fie ya pedi la documentacion de devolucion y vi como la hacia en ese momento la devolucion, nose si es penso no me di cuanta, mala organizacion y direccion por parte de ella ya que educadamente le comente todos los puntos que sucedieron no dijo ni mu ni disculpa ni nada, solo ponia cara de es lo que hay... Tenia recogida de un tipo de vehiculo, lo cambian ellos por que si.. Me Dan el tercer vehiculo lleno de suciedad delante como detras... Y teniendo recogida a las 10 sali de alli 11;58, Cosa que retraso todo mi dia... Bastante descontento..

Bueno... Y cuando llegas a tu casa y vas a que te arreglen cuentas.... Te cobran un dia de vehiculo y la gasolina que has usado hasta que se averio el coche... Jejeje... muy cutres la verdad!. PARTE II... respuesta a su respuesta Comentan en su respuesta que me cobran el dia que disfrute y se quedan tan a gusto... precisamente no fue disfrute porque para nada dentro de mi plan de viaje a Cordoba estaba el pasarme por la base de gruas de Diezma y la estacion de autobuses de Granada a recoger coche de sustitucion para llegar a Cordoba y la espera dentro del coche en la autovia del Puerto de la Mora sin chalecos porque el vehiculo ademas no llevaba chalecos reflectantes... asi que no me digan que me cobran el dia que disfrute...Porque no me parece justo y ademas suena a sorna.
