Wir haben bereits zweimal ein Auto bei Yanes gemietet und sind beide Male sehr zufrieden mit dem Fahrzeug (sehr sauber) sowie der Fahrzeugubergabe und -ruckgabe gewesen. Ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter hat uns am Flughafen in Empfang genommen und uns alles erklart. Die Ruckgabe ist unkompliziert und gut beschrieben. Einen Schaden hatten wir bislang zum Gluck noch nie, sodass zu einer moglichen Schadesabwicklung nichts gesagt werden kann. Wir mieten gerne wieder unser Auto bei Yanes!
We have rented a car from Yanes twice and both times we were very satisfied with the vehicle (very clean) as well as the vehicle delivery and return. A very friendly employee met us at the airport and explained everything to us. The return is uncomplicated and well described. Fortunately, we have never had any damage so far, so nothing can be said about possible claims settlement. We would be happy to rent our car from Yanes again!

Prima auto voor een prima prijs. De afhandeling verliep vriendelijk. Ophalen en wegbrengen zo bij het vliegveld. Wij kregen een Hyundai i 20 mee, en reed fijn.
Great car for a great price. The transaction was friendly. Pick up and drop off at the airport. We were given a Hyundai i 20, and it drove well.
Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding maar fors meer brandstof dan bij start verhuur wordt vervolgens niet geretourneerd. Dat gebeurt bij concurrent Cicar wel. Ook heeft mijn dochter per ongeluk wat laten liggen in de auto, hoor je vanuit hun kant niets meer over.
Good value for money, but significantly more fuel than at the start of the rental is not returned. That does happen at competitor Cicar. My daughter also accidentally left something in the car, but you don't hear anything about it from them anymore.
They charged me 200EUR for a broken side mirror !! I don't think it should have been that expensive....
Topp Autovermietung! Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich im Vorfeld meines La Palma-Aufenthaltes auf Yanes aufmerksam geworden bin. Der Wagen (Hyundai i20) war in sehr gutem Zustand und die Ubernahme und Ruckgabe am Flughafen hat reibungslos funktioniert. Barzahlung ist auf Wunsch ebenfalls moglich und auch eine kurzfristige Verlangerung war kein Problem, obwohl ich diese aufgrund besonderer Umstande erst anmeldete, als der ursprungliche Mietzeitraum bereits abgelaufen war. Solch ein Entgegenkommen ist bei Autovermietungen eher die Ausnahme. Bei meinem nachsten Aufenthalt werde ich nicht uberlegen mussen, welche Autovermietung ich nehme, denn obendrein gab es den Wagen auch noch zu sehr gunstigen Konditionen.
Top car rental! I am very happy that I became aware of Yanes before my stay in La Palma. The car (Hyundai i20) was in very good condition and the pick-up and return at the airport went smoothly. Cash payment is also possible upon request and a short-term extension was no problem, although due to special circumstances I only registered this when the original rental period had already expired. Such accommodation is rather the exception when it comes to car rental companies. The next time I stay, I won't have to think about which car rental company to use, because the car was also available at very favorable conditions.
Personal muy atento y profesional. Ponen a la disposicion del cliente muchas facilidades y explican todo con detalle. Coche muy limpio y en buen funcionamiento. Mas economico con respecto a otras empresas, ademas de dejarte el autobus a 300 metros del taller de recogida del vehiculo. Muy satisfecha con el servicio en general. Repetiria sin duda.
