Best car rental experience ever! Top marks in all categories: customer service, vehicle maintenance and availability, and pricing. The booking process was very quick and easy; the system worked perfectly. Communication was smooth and effective. Pia, our contact person at Montarent, responded to emails promptly, answered all my specific questions patiently, provided clear and complete information, and even called back when necessary. She was a kind, professional, and extremely patient manager! I wasn't sure which car would be best for me with three children and all the luggage, so she arranged to have two cars delivered to the airport so I could choose. I ended up with an almost new, very well-maintained car, plus three free, perfectly fitting car seats - everything in ideal condition. Xabi (I hope I got the name right), a colleague who worked at the airport, was nothing short of a lifesaver! On the last day, I was running late and in a total panic, lost in the airport parking lot trying to find a gas station. I was terrified I'd miss my flight. Xabi jumped into action--he took his car, told me to follow him, helped me refuel, and got me back to the airport parking spot just in time. I couldn't have done it without him! Everything went very smoothly. Car was nice an prices were good. Staff was nice too. At the last day we had problems finding the right place to give our rental car back. But that was more the Airports fault. (The Airport Parkhouse has a strange Layout. Public and non public parking are far apart.)

We have booked our car here several times for LaPalma. Everything worked out great, the people are very friendly and the service is perfect. Cars always new, never had a problem. Would also recommend the electric cars on the island, as you can charge here for free (at least until now) and it is very efficient (we had the Fiat 500e).

A top car rental company on La Palma. We booked to La Palma Princess with hotel delivery. Everything worked out great, the employee spoke German very well, which doesnt happen often on La Palma. Everything was explained very well during handover, we simply handed the key over to the hotel reception when we returned it. We booked in advance from Germany, which is recommended, otherwise the vehicles would no longer be available.

We were traveling as a family of four and had the car for a week (picked up directly from the terminal) Directions to the station, service and instructions as well as how to return were completely problem-free. We were on La Palma with 4 people from February 25th, 2023 to March 4th, 2023. Beforehand, I found out about various car rental companies online. As an ADAC member, I usually always book through the Automobile Club. But thanks to the previous smooth, friendly and very competent correspondence, I rented the car from Montarent. Also because the conditions were the same as known from the ADAC. Picking up at the airport and returning it at the same went very smoothly. My thanks to Montarent for that. We will rent there again on our next vacation on La Palma (which is already roughly planned).

Other rental companies offer you very old cars at the airport, which can easily be life-threatening on the islands roads. Here the cars are top and the rental conditions are transparent. I found it quite frustrating that this companys website does not have a Spanish version, only German, English and Dutch; I wanted to rent a car and faced with that difficulty, I booked it at CICAR. I think they should also pamper the national tourist a little, in La Palma we can all fit in!!!

Im very satisfied. Picking up at the airport was absolutely uncomplicated, very friendly and helpful staff. The car (Audi Q5 with upscale equipment, not available from all rental companies) is like new, sparkling clean and technically in excellent condition (especially always pay attention to the tires and brakes!). First time renting a car here, definitely not the last time :)
