Great experience! I would book this over Hertz every time! We got a VW Polo which was in good condition. It got us all over the island no problem! I went to the office to rent a car for 4 days. I got a new SEAT Ibiza (500km) that they had in the garage. The price was very fair and there were no hidden costs afterwards. They also offered me to park the car in the garage overnight if I couldn't find a parking space in El Medano. Very friendly.

Careful! I rented the small Keeway motorcycle and returned it after five minutes of riding because the left footpeg was half loose. If it breaks completely on a curve you run over your own foot. Also mention that they do not have full face helmets and that the helmet they gave me had the visor broken in the middle. Why two stars and not one? When I mentioned the problem with the footrest, they returned my money in two minutes without any problem. Since not all people who rent a vehicle understand mechanics, the responsibility of ensuring the good condition of the vehicle lies with the rental and not with the client.

Si se rompe por completo en una curva atropellas tu propio pie. Tambien mencionar que no tienen cascos integrales y que el casco que me dieron tenia la visera rota por el medio. Porque dos estrellas y no una? Al mencionar el problema de la estribera me devolvieron el dinero en dos minutos sin problema. Como no toda la gente que alquila un vehiculo entiende de mecanica, la responsabilidad de asegurar el buen estado del vehiculo es del alquiler y no del cliente.

After half an hour of arranging the rental of a 7-seater, the owner said there is no problem with baby seats... However, the seat he offered was absolutely filthy. When my wife pointed it out, the owner made a rude remark regarding our nationality and kicked my wife with four kids out of his office and refused to rent the car despite earlier agreement. Extremely disappointing. As a response to the response: the owner required EITHER a credit card OR 300 deposit paid either by CASH or by charging a DEBIT card - which I agreed to. All the blah-blah about the 30 grand vehicle is irrelevant.

For me this car rental company has the best quality to value ratio in El Medano. Especially Mr Henry is an esteemed master who really cares about his costumers. He helped me with printing my boarding passes and organized my trip to airport (There is no direct bus connection to airport and taxis are not very sure). The romantic trips to Teide and Barranco del Inferno Valley provided by your car will remain in our memory. See you again!
