I found BeCars via google reviews, the 5 stars speak for themselves. Search no more. Smooth service, independent, easy process with no nonsense. Car was as described and ready for me at the airport. I had an issue last minute while on holidays and BeCars answered instantly and prompted help within 15 mins. Very friendly family run service. Great service and the woman behind the counter made me feel like a person rather than a bag of money. Even though cars were in high demand she took an effort to find us an option for a very good price. During the week we got into an issue in Santa Cruz. They immediately acted without much questions, even brought us a new car (with plus slight upgrade) directly to the beach where we were relaxing within an hour. Best car rental I had by far.

Rented a Fiat 500 for a week. 215 euros, a good price. Nice clean car. I had to put 100 euros deposit but returned to card. Very straightforward, no hassle, no extra insurance etc. Would recommend!
