Rented a car for the day at the cruise ship pier. Easy transaction, friendly staff and the car was there ready to go. I would have given them 5 stars but the cars are older and a bit rough around the edges. However everything worked well mechanically, drove well and A/C was blowing nice and cold. For a day of "freedom" to explore this beautiful island on your own it was worth it. Easy drop off as well. I would use them again.

Booked on site at the cruise terminal in Fuerteventura for EUR70 a day, but the car was in a dilapidated condition, still in a European zone.
Es kam gar nicht erst zur Buchung, weil der Service / die Kommunikation absolut mies ist. Uber WhatsApp wird schnell geantwortet, aber die Kommunikation inhaltlich ist irrefuhrend, nicht hilfreich und teilweise unfreundlich.
The booking didn't even happen because the service/communication is absolutely terrible. Responses are quick via WhatsApp, but the content of the communication is misleading, unhelpful and sometimes unfriendly.

Vlotte communicatie via Whatsapp en telefoneren in het Nederlands. We huurden de auto voor een week en de prijs van Autos Serapia lag lager dan de andere verhuurbedrijven. Ik boekte vrij laat, een week voor vertrek. Je moet de tank met evenveel brandstof teruggeven als je hem kreeg, er is vlak aan de luchthaven een tankstation, dat ging vlot. Je krijgt de locatie doorgestuurd, dus via gps konden we exact naar de locatie gaan. Geen stress om de juiste plek te zoeken. Zeker een aanrader.
Smooth communication via Whatsapp and telephone in Dutch. We rented the car for a week and the price from Autos Serapia was lower than the other rental companies. I booked quite late, a week before departure. You have to return the tank with as much fuel as you got it, there is a gas station right at the airport, that went smoothly. You will be forwarded the location, so we could go exactly to the location via GPS. No stress about looking for the right place. Definitely recommended.
Rented a car for 1 day in Cruise Port of Puerto del Rosario. All OK. Agency located in a small container next to Port entry.

DO NOT RENT CARS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!! THERE ARE NO CARS ON THE ISLAND DUE TO THE PANDEMIC SITUATION AND HE WANTED TO RENT ME A CLIO FOR 350 EUROS FOR 5 DAYS, THEN IT DROPPED TO 300 AND THEN TO 280 AND WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT HE WAS ABUSE, HE HANGED UP THE PHONE ON ME USING BAD WORDS. THEY ARE BADLY EDUCATED, NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL AND SCAMMERS!!!!
