Fantastic company, best I've used globally. We had a problem with a tyre, completely our fault it turns out, and they helped me resolve it, and then refund part of the replacement that was an additional cost. Completely true to their word and faultless in communication. As regulars to the region, we'll only use them from now on.

They helped me out with a car when I didn't received a car at the airport from another car rental company and was left with a 2 year old and 3 suitcases. Very friendly ladies and no fuzz just easy rental without fear. If I will ever go back to Alicante I will rent again 100%! They are a great example of how a car rental should operate. Excellent and easy service. We booked a VW Polo and it was almost new and very clean. Member of staff greeted us at Alicante Airport and after signing the sheet we had the car for 6 days with aircon which is important. Claire was lovely throughout the whole process and answered all questions promptly. If we go there again we will use EDI again.

We rented a car for three weeks for an absolutely reasonable price. It is the best experience we have had with rental cars/car rental companies to date. The car was, as agreed, ready for collection at Alicante airport. We just followed the directions we were given to find it. Totally hassle free. It was an agreement where we had not paid a deposit, there were no hidden costs, with full insurance, an almost new car and the equipment we needed. So total luxury and risk-free. After a few days we drove to the office and paid the rent for the car, they were so nice and friendly and had many good tips for what to visit in the local area and which restaurants were good etc. Everything was done in English and without problems of any kind. When we had to travel home, we just parked at the airport again and got a receipt by email for delivery. It is the most reliable car rental company we have ever experienced and we can highly recommend them.

Bilen stod, som aftalt, klar til afhentning i Alicante lufthavn. Vi fulgte bare anvisningen vi havde faet for at finde hen til den. Total problemfrit. Det var en aftale hvor vi ikke havde betalt depositum, der var ingen skjulte udgifter, med fuld forsikring, naermest ny bil og det udstyr vi havde brug for. Sa total luksus og risikofrit. Efter et par dage korte vi hen pa kontoret og betalte lejen for bilen, de var sa sode og venlige og havde mange gode tips til hvad man kunne besoge i lokalomradet og hvilke restauranter der var gode osv. Alt foregik pa engelsk og uden problemer af nogen art. Da vi skulle rejse hjem parkerede vi bare i lufthavnen igen og fik en kvittering pa mail for aflevering. Det er det mest tillidsfulde biludlejningsfirma vi nogensinde har oplevet og vi kan varmt anbefale dem.

Car in perfect condition. Upon request, we were picked up at the campsite, which was not planned. All the people were very friendly. The prices for the rental car are completely reasonable. Unfortunately no German is spoken. But with a few words of English and good will it works very well.

We used their services for a week. The car was a Seat Ibiza. Great experience overall, the only thing that surpriced me was the credit card requirement they had once we started filling the papers. They told me thats because sometimes customers dont refill the car and ask them to refill it. On the next day i saw some very small scrateches here and there which got me worried that they might use my credit card for that. In the end everything was great and we are super happy.

Everything went well. The owner himself picked us up from the hotel and we went to do the paperwork at the office and under the car. The car was in perfect condition and returned to the airport parking lot without a paper show. The car was left there and from the parking garage directly across the bridge to the terminal. The easiest car rental ever.

Thoroughly recommend using EDI rent a car. Their customer service from start to finish was exemplary and although our plane was delayed for an hour, the rep was there to meet us with a smile - no waiting in a long queue. The drop off directions were equally simple with a card and / or online video. As we were travelling with two young children, having a smooth transition from plane to car was a great start to our holiday so huge thanks EDI.
