Have to question the ethics of a nonprofit that gives the son of one of the board members and job and there's constant changeover in the staff at SWCI, but not for this one employee who was given not only a position in middle management but who's father still sits on the board. Hmm...conflict of interest?? How about where's the integrity in this decision. Oh and if you ARE asking this organization for help/advocacy, don't expect much!!!!
