Reserve por Internet un c4 que aparecia disponible en pamplona, para devolver en durango, al poco tiempo recibo un email confirmando la reserva efectuada para retirar hoy a las 21 horas, tengo que estar manana a las 11 en destino, hasta ahi todo perfecto, como no conocia la oficina de pamplona me dirijo al domicilio indicado y no veo resenas, llamo por telefono varias veces y finalmente ne atieneen y me dicen que es un punto de entrega, y que recibire un correo diciendome que no hay disponibilidad de coche, le digo varias veces que tengo un correo confirmando la reserva pero me repite que no hay coches disponibles y que se anulara. Es decir, esta noche a las 21 estaria sin coche y con problemas para cumplir mi visita. Son unos incompetentes, cero formalidad y desaconsejables totalmente, me parece increible que existan estas empresas

That is to say, tonight at 9pm I would be without a car and having problems making my visit. They are incompetent, have zero formality and are totally inadvisable. I find it incredible that these companies exist.
No recomendado , no tienen apenas vehiculos para alquilar , son muy caros y no te Dan garantias.

Tuvieron un percance con la furgoneta reservada y me ofrecieron otra de superiores caracteristicas por el mismo precio acordado. Buenos precios y personal muy amable, si algun dia necesito repetire sin duda. Gracias!

Hace 3 semanas reservamos una furgoneta para el sabado de la semana pasada. El viernes (un dia antes de necesitarla) llamamos por telefono para confirmar (porque no habia cogido ni nombre, ni numero de telefono ni nada) y dijo que no habia furgoneta y que lo sentia mucho! 0 recomendable, nos dejaron tirados
