Very good service! Good people who were very attentive. Irma did a great job choosing a good vehicle for my vacation trip and needs. She was very responsive and had a great character. Daniel, was very respectful and communicative with me when picking me up and dropping me off at the bus terminals on my last day in Durango. I will use this service again when I return to Durango.
We rented a large Express van for 3 days. The heat, a/c, fan, horn and washer fluid did not work. The check engine light was on and both rear tires leaked air. They told us it was our fault for not checking it beforehand. Shouldn't they make sure the vehicle works before renting it at a Premium price? Didn't know the horn didn't work until we almost got hit by a truck.
