Si hicieron reservacion aqui, CANCELEN! Mal servicio, no tenian un carro listo y no respetan la reservacion ni aseguransa que compra uno.
If you made a reservation here, CANCEL! Bad service, they did not have a car ready and they do not respect the reservation or ensure that you buy one.
Buen servicio y rapido, sin cobros falsos o adicionales. Unicamente podrian mejorar un poco mas en la limpieza del auto.

Do not use! Had pre-reserved a car; arrived at airport after long trip and there were no cars. They acted like it was normal and no big deal to not have a car available. They said it would be "a couple hours" (no one really knew though - they blamed customers for not bringing the cars back on time), so we opted to take a taxi to our hotel and figure the rest out later. When they called after 4 hours and said they were bringing the car to us, we though "oh, how nice". Not a bad way to make it up to us. But no, of course they didn't tell us and charged us for that delivery on the back end. Then when they brought the car to our hotel we stood outside and negotiated for about 2 hours as they would not honor the price we had been quoted. Not even close. It was 5 times the amount and they basically said "deal with it, you have no choice, there are lots of people who want a car". They forced us to pay for more than the required mexican insurance even though we have other coverage. Crooked, awful, ridiculous - oh wait, it gets better. The car they gave us had a muffler that was already falling off and we only noticed it after we went over some speed bumps - no matter how slow, it would scrape. We thought that's odd... it eventually completely snapped and was dragging down the road (thankfully in the city and not far from help). So then we had to spend our time calling and getting them to come replace the car. For this level of service and inconvenience, Europcar should literally be paying YOU to rent from them. 0 stars. Never, ever again.
Do not trust. We had a reservation here and when we arrived the place was closed. We called the number on the door and someone answered saying they were open at the airport and that he would come in 20 minutos. We waited 40 minutes, called again, someone else answered and said they had no more cars available. In summary, we were lied to and screwed over in 3 different ways in the span of an hour.
