Quick and smooth process. No issues with the car. The employees were friendly and made everything super easy.

The car was fine except that the windshield washer fluid ran out and was very much needed in the area where we rented this car. Return was a nightmare and would have made us late for our flight if I hadn't just given up and left the car in the driving lane. Nobody's in the lot to help and nobody was at the desk when we finally got in. Terrible service!

I book through Enterprise at the Durango LaPlata airport multiple times a year and I'm always greeted by the friendliest associates. It's an extremely easy process, and I typically get free upgrades. Enterprise will always have my business!

After returning my car to the airport in Durango, I got a call from Enterprise that the windshield had been cracked and I had to replace it for a cost of $1500. When I called them to say I saw no problem on the windshield when I returned it, and there was no human being to accept the car in the parking lot. They said that the crack was difficult to see from the inside. And small cracks often appear when driving through Colorado. That's why they "usually let people know that they should get a waiver." Nobody gave me that guidance. I've been renting cars for 40 years and I've never had this issue before. If they had told me that driving on the roads in that area was more risky with cracks due to unpaid surfaces, I would've paid the $25 , I am not happy!

I want to take a moment to brag on Blake who was working the counter by himself this past Saturday: We were in the middle of a road trip when our rental developed electronic problems. We were stuck in a remote location. AAA got us going but engine light and other electronic issues meant we would probably get stranded again so we decided to go to the airport location to see if they could help us. This young man, despite manning a busy counter all by himself, took the time and did everything he could to help us and get us a replacement vehicle. There were other customers, he had a lot of work piled up, but never made me feel like a bother. He says all the right words, assured he would do everything he could to make sure we were safe, spoke with his manager on the phone, and got us a replacement vehicle. All the while being extremely courteous. Top notch customer service.

We arrived bedraggled from eleven hours of travel. Enterprises waited for us, they stay open until the last flight arrives. The man that greeted us was wonderful. He upgraded our car and explained everything we need to know. Our vehicle is a very clean low mileage car. Another great experience with Enterprise!

Best car rental experience ever and I've had a lot, mostly not good. The person at the Enterprise counter was so nice and knew her job. I was so glad I'd choose Enterprise, I was so pleased with the service I join their awards program. Returning the vehicle at a location in Austin, TX was equally well done. Both locations the people were super nice and took care of business efficiently.
