Megan and Miguel made our experience at this location great. We had a few issues with our vehicle and were happy with their timely response in resolving everything. They also involved the district manager, Rebecca, to work as a team insuring we had a great experience. We appreciated knowing they were available and on our side to help.

There are many things I can say that were great about my experience with Miguel, the branch manager today. He came and picked me up from my job and was very nice and a super cool guy in general. After getting hit by my roommate, my car went into the shop for 10 days. It can be hard to get a car in Durango. I was scheduled to get a minivan. Miguel went above and beyond to get me a new nice elantra. After all my bad experiences with the other rental places, this was a saving grace. Thank you so much, Miguel, and enterprise for saving me today! You are appreciated

Not sure how a car rental company can allow me to rent a vehicle if you have NONE 'available' (despite MULTIPLE vehicles in YOUR parking lot). I booked a car for my honeymoon in Colorado & this has ruined everything - currently having to scramble while holding back tears to cancel hotel reservations & refigure out everything; just how anyone would want to kick off their marriage. Renters BEWARE, this place will ruin your vacation. UPDATE: as the day has gone on, I want to reiterate once again how terrible this place is. If you check their response, you can see they now want me to do more work for them to fix it, despite having my name & date to be able to look it up themselves.... FYI this is the kind of 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' you can expect from enterprise in Durango. Thanks for nothing, Christopher.

We were suppose to get a car @10:30am on Sat and turn it into San Antonio on Monday. They called and said they won't have a car till later. We didn't get a call call for 3 hours later and could not contact them. It was a busy weekend. me and my wife are 55 years old, and are on side of road no where to go in Durango. We decided to get a plane ticket and miss our vacation. Enterprise finally called back to get us our car and we told them we paid for a plane ticket back to Texas. We didn't need the car till Monday, Since we missed our vacation day in Creede, could they change the contract to turn car into San Antonio on Sunday night. They said "No", Its after hours. So we flew back on a plane. The manager did not care, He didn't try to help at all. He said sorry!! we missed our vacation and sat on a bench in Durango.

Worst rental experience ever! And I rented cars in a lot of places... First we made reservations online - it said there were 31 cars available at this place. So we did the reservation, got confirmation via email. Next day when we arrived there was no car waiting for us. The staff was not very surprised by the situation. There was no email saying they cancelled confirmation. We waited for 1 day in Durango because they were telling us that they might find a car for us and that we are first on waiting list (later we got information we are second in line, then via mail that we are third in line....). They just overbook the reservations making you believe that there are cars available and they take no responsability for missleading you. Never ever will I try to rent a car from that company.

I have had an awful experience working with this specific branch and so has my coworker. The instance I had was after driving 7 hours to pick up a reservation we had made, the desk agent was not helpful and downright rude when I was trying to explain my insurance needs to her. About two weeks later my coworker had a flat tire on her rental and the branch said they would replace it with another vehicle for her the next day. When she called to confirm this hours later the individual replied with "I can't do that and I don't know what to tell you I'm looking at an empty lot" I had originally decided not to leave a negative review but after hearing the situation they put my coworker in and the constant unprofessionalism by the workers there, I think it's not just a one off. I will be avoiding using this branch and enterprise entirely because of the experience here at this branch.

My parents had an accident, they needed a rental car but your facility did not have a car to accommodate them, they waited as long as they could and then my sister took them home 700+ miles away. They verified that I could pick the vehicle up for them. Your company said yes. My parents added me to their insurance I showed up the scheduled time and they still did not have the vehicle, but they had a mini van. Fine. We do the inspection and your associate tells me the only thing that matters is the windshield and windows when I was pointing out dents and scratches. I sign the papers and say my parents would return it when their vehicle was repaired. I verified we were all authorized drivers. When they returned the vehicle the fog lights were popped out of their sockets and they said that was body damage, but they could not talk to my mother because she was not on the rental! It was her rental!!! The lights literally just needed to be popped back in, there was no damage around them what so ever! They were rude, dismissive, and threatening. Since then, they do not care. And since then Rachel has called and threatened me that if I don't give them information it will cause me more problems and money, but no one has yet to tell me how much the so called damage cost them! I will never rent from enterprise again! I will never recommend them. They messed up since the very beginning and now they are trying to cover their own back side.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. They will send you a bill for damages you did not do to your rental car. Ive rented multiple rental cars and have never had such a negative experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND TAKE MULTIPLE PICTURES AND VIDEOS AT DROP OFF AND PICK UP because they are fraudulent thieves.

We are stuck in Durango and booked a car online. We got a call yesterday from someone saying they didn t have a car today but they would have one tomorrow which was fine. Today they called saying they won t have a car. When I asked how that was possible, they said the system allows them to overbook and they simply won t have a car, even after I explained our situation. Overbooking for inventory that doesn t exist is a terrible practice. I highly recommend that you find a different rental agency if you re in need of a vehicle.

Truck broke down in Durango. Figured out a way to get a ride to enterprise. Was told they had no vehicles even though I booked one online with them. No explanation. Just no cars . Got an Uber to the airport to rent a car there. Rude manager. Super shady.

I gave 2 stars only because the local staff is kind and professional. I am a long time enterprise customer but they have been terrible to deal with over the last few years. You can make a reservation but it doesnt mean they have a car for you. This defeats the purpose of making a reservation. This is a corporate problem and not a reflection of the local business.

So far so good but we will first give credit to the awesome understanding employees. They need a raise. Specifically Samantha. Bosses, you need to give this awesome representative a raise. She went beyond the call of duty to honor our reservation and worked with us when the minivan confirmed got into an accident and became unavailable. We will see how the rest of the experience plays out but as far as hard working employees goes, this can be said with confidence.

Reserved a car then was unable to to pick it up because the locations are both located out of town. I called both places because Enterprise advertises we will pick you up. This was easily the worst experience I ve ever had with Enterprise.Luckily a competitor carried the day. Also the company tried to charge me $800 for the car .

Our flight was delayed and we couldn t catch the flight to Durango until next morning. The company didn t even charge us for that day. We were so pleasantly surprised. We would highly recommend this company over the one in Montrose airport.

Absolute crooks! The employees are fine, it s management that s the problem. I rented a car last year and did minor damage to the bumper. I told them about it, they sent me a reasonable invoice, and I paid it. Six months later they send an email saying they found additional damage , attached a blurry, unreadable invoice, and demanded $1500 more. I found out they had continued to rent the car during the last six months since I rented it, and they refused to provide any information about where it had been driven, how many miles or what other damage claims had been reported. My insurance company investigated and Enterprise was unable to show how the so-called additional damage was related to the bumper damage I reported. What most likely happened is they found damage caused by someone else and tried to stick me with the bill. I prevailed and even got a refund from my insurance company on my previous payment. Avoid this place, they are as dishonest as they come. I couldn t believe they tried to get away with something like this. I m still contemplating filing a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General. I used to only rent from Enterprise because their customer service was great and they didn t push a bunch of additional upgrades on you, but this location was so dishonest I will never rent from Enterprise again. You can see from all the one star reviews with detailed complaints from other renters that unethical business practices are common with this company.

Horrible customer service, put on hold twice only to hung up on both times. Was never told about a deposit when I made the reservation. Ya I get that most car rental places have a deposit but it s not like I rent a car every week. I needed this car or I would have just left the business.
