I had a pretty good experience with Budget. It was hassle free and one of the agents called me when I arrived to check on us so we could pick up the car. I honestly didn't have any issues. They were transparent in all costs as they showed me the receipts and stuff. So I appreciated that. I got basic insurance coverage $27/day The only thing was that the radio in the car was a bit faulty in terms of connecting your phone to Bluetooth and stuff. But AC worked well and everything else was fine. Oh and the car was bit dusty and the guy who picked us the car asked us to pay for him to wash it which I didn't expect.

If you are as US citizen renting, do not expect to pay anywhere close to the stated price you have. When you arrive to pick up, the insurance cost will quickly raise the price ($500 more in my case). If you feel you found a deal don't expect them to honor it. Pickup was straightforward, staff friendly and the car nearby but the finances spoiled any positive feedback I have. Make this clear when selling.
We recently rented two vehicles from this location for a family vacation. Service at pick up was great, but vehicles were not in the best conditions. Both had extremely worn tires, one had nonfunctional radio volume and poor AC. At drop off, the gentleman inspecting the vehicles tried to had me pay him for cleaning the vehicles stating they were dirty. We had them cleaned and vacuumed before returning them and what was left was normal dust. Call it extortion or a shake-down, it made for a poor experience. Will not be renting from them on my next visit.
The worst place to rent a car. They didn't have the reserved vehicle I needed even though I had already pre-paid. The lady Pola or Paula was not helpful at all. She sent us with another rental car place which wanted to charge us 6 times more than what I had reserved for. Don't waste your time book with another company. Spent many hours with the lady and on the phone trying to book but ended up going with another company at the end and paying about 3x more than what I had originally thought it was going to be. Terrible
Service was great, I paid the required insurance on their website to avoid any issues, they even added a second driver at no extra charge, cars was a new 2023 Jeep, they reduced the price to match my online quote. I will definitely rent again from them Paola Corral and Luis Carlos super nice and good customer service. Muy amables todos el servicio de primera, me agregaron segundo conductor gratis,buen SUV Jeep 2023 facil entrega de vehiculo, rentare con budget la proxima vez :)
