Terrible lugar!! Basicamente no puedes rentar si no eres de aqui o no tienes familiares locales porque te piden ID de un familiar que viva en Durango, lo cual no tiene sentido porque rentas un coche cuando estas de viaje y no eres local. Recomiendo rentar en companias mas grandes que tengan sucursales en toda la Republica. Y segun yo, queria apoyar a los negocios locales, en fin.
Terrible place!! Basically you can't rent if you're not from here or don't have local relatives because they ask you for ID of a relative who lives in Durango, which doesn't make sense because you rent a car when you're traveling and you're not local. I recommend renting from larger companies that have branches throughout the Republic. And according to me, I wanted to support local businesses, anyway.
Excelente servicio y atencion por parte de todo el personal, muy amable. A comparacion de literal todos los lugares en Durango fueron los mas accesibles en cuanto a la renta y retencion de $ del vehiculo. Te estan dando un vehiculo sin muchos peros asi que el precio y el deposito lo valen. ZERO problemas con el vehiculo aun andando bastante en carretera etc. muy recomendable!
Excellent service and attention from all the staff, very friendly. In comparison, literally all the places in Durango were the most accessible in terms of renting and retaining $ of the vehicle. They are giving you a vehicle without many ifs and buts so the price and deposit are worth it. ZERO problems with the vehicle even when driving a lot on the road, etc. highly recommended!
I was having trouble renting a car since I didn't have my license with me, I only had a photo copy of it since I had forgot it back in the states. This place not only was able to help me but have the best service. They even dropped off at the airport! Will be doing more business in the future!

Rented a car here while in Durango. We traveled to Santiago Papasquiaro. Rented a Chevy Tracker. The company was very friendly and the vehicle was very dependable and reliable. Would highly recommend this company when un Durango Mexico. Would also like to add that they met us at 4 am and took us to the airport. Great service.
The best place to rent a vehicle, we rented the Crafter, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming, also they gave us a very good deal which we weren't expecting, the van was in very good conditions, we had put on more than 5,000 km, and we had no problems with it, totally gonna do rent it again!!!
Muy satisfecho con el servicio recibido de esta empresa, desde el momento de pedir informacion, fueron muy amables y respondieron a mis preguntas y la cotizacion neta tal y como al final se realizaron las transacciones, no gastos o cobros adheridos, u ocultos. Al recibir el vehiculo, tal y como se especificaba en la reservacion el en excelentes condiciones. Gracias por su servicio!!

Muy buen servicio y sobretodo economico. Te dan kilometraje libre cuando rentas por mas de tres dias con seguro incluido. Ademas puedes dejar el deposito en efectivo o con tarjeta de credito o debito y a mi parecer no es excesivo, te lo regresan cuanto antes si todo esta bien con el auto. Su personal es muy amable, pero tuve un inconveniente pues no me dieron la informacion que necesitaba por medio telefonico (supongo que por ser joven), me dijeron que no habian autos disponibles y cuando llamo mi familiar (adulto) magicamente todo estaba disponible. Fuera de ese detalle todo excelente
Very good service and above all economical. They give you free mileage when you rent for more than three days with insurance included. You can also leave the deposit in cash or with a credit or debit card and in my opinion it is not excessive, they will return it to you as soon as possible if everything is fine with the car. Their staff is very friendly, but I had a problem because they did not give me the information I needed over the phone (I suppose because I was young), they told me that there were no cars available and when my (adult) relative called, magically everything was available. Apart from that detail everything is excellent
