!Claro! Permiteme describirte una experiencia positiva que tuve con el auto que rente. Recientemente, decidi alquilar un auto para un viaje por carretera y la experiencia fue increible desde el principio. El proceso de recoger el auto en la agencia de alquiler fue rapido y sin complicaciones. El vehiculo estaba en excelente estado, limpio y listo para usar. Durante el viaje, el auto demostro un rendimiento excepcional. La comodidad de los asientos y la suavidad de la conduccion hicieron que los largos trayectos fueran mucho mas agradables. Ademas, la eficiencia en el consumo de combustible fue una grata sorpresa, ya que pudimos recorrer largas distancias sin tener que hacer paradas frecuentes para llenar el tanque. En resumen, la experiencia con el auto que rente supero mis expectativas en todos los sentidos. No solo nos brindo la libertad de explorar a nuestro propio ritmo, sino que tambien contribuyo significativamente a hacer que el viaje fuera memorable y sin contratiempos. Sin duda, considerare alquilar de nuevo con esta agencia en futuros viajes.
Clear! Let me describe a positive experience I had with the car I rented. Recently, I decided to rent a car for a road trip and the experience was amazing from the beginning. The process of picking up the car at the rental agency was quick and hassle-free. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean and ready to use. During the trip, the car demonstrated exceptional performance. The comfortable seats and smooth ride made long drives much more enjoyable. In addition, the fuel efficiency was a pleasant surprise, since we were able to travel long distances without having to make frequent stops to fill the tank. In short, the experience with the car I rented exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only did it give us the freedom to explore at our own pace, but it also contributed significantly to making the trip memorable and seamless. I will definitely consider renting with this agency again on future trips.
Lamentable, Si quieren pagar por danos que ustedes no hicieron renten aqui, le cobraron a mi familia un golpe en la parte baja del vehiculo que NO HICIMOS, ya habiamos rentado anteriormente y en esa vez nos entregaron un auto con llantas LISAS, las cuales tuvimos que rotar para evitar accidentes (con costo al cliente), esto es negligencia por parte de la empresa ya que si ocurre un accidente por por este motivo la empresa no se hara responsable, esta vez el vehiculo no estaba en buenas condiciones mecanicas y tuvimos que cambiarlo por otro que tenia en pesimas condiciones las llantas. Hay otro comentario semejante y pues ya ven. No regalen su dinero y si quieren arriesgarse tomen fotos de TODO LO QUE TIENE EL VEHICULO, ellos no revisan bien y menos documentan. No vuelvo a rentar aqui.
Unfortunately, if you want to pay for damages that you did not do, rent here, they charged my family for a dent in the lower part of the vehicle that WE DID NOT DO, we had already rented previously and at that time they gave us a car with SMOOTH tires, which we had to rotate to avoid accidents (at cost to the customer), this is negligence on the part of the company since if an accident occurs for this reason the company will not be responsible, this time the vehicle was not in good mechanical condition and we had to change it for another one that had the tires in terrible condition. There is another similar comment and well you see. Don't give away your money and if you want to risk it, take photos of EVERYTHING THAT THE VEHICLE HAS, they don't check it well and even less document it. I won't rent here again.

No esta siempre abierto, y cuando entregue el carro 3 horas despues te lo revisan y te marcan para decirte que te van a cobrar cosas que tu no hiciste y se arman para que les pagues si no se quedan con tu deposito
It is not always open, and when you deliver the car 3 hours later they check it and mark you to tell you that they are going to charge you for things that you did not do and they arrange for you to pay them if they do not keep your deposit
Kind employees. A bit pricy but the car worked great. Had no problems with the Jetta.
