Had a pleasant experience with sixt car rental at Dublin airport. The counter was clearly marked which made it easy to find and there were several agents getting people their rentals. We were fortunate enough to get right on the shuttle to the rental car location where they handed us our keys and pointed us in the direction of the car. On the other end of the rental we pulled the car into the return lane where we were greated by an employee who looked over the car and gave us the OK, where we walked right onto the shuttle back to the airport. Price was fair and the experience was smooth. Would recommend.
Transparent and friendly service at the desk, no pressure sale on the insurance once I confirmed i was covered. Then on return again friendly and approachable staff. I rent a car 3-4 times a year in Ireland and have used every car rental supplier. Just used SIXT for first time in the summer and now again - good service and will use again!
Picked up the car at Dublin Airport. I had to change the booking to add additional drivers. They could not have been more polite or efficient. We were on our way within minutes. Returning the car was just as good. I would heartily recommend Sixt.
Very friendly and helpful service at check-in. Arranged additional car seat which had not been pre-ordered. Upgraded to larger vehicle. Explained everything very clearly. They took a Eur2k hold on my bank card as we did not take out the full insurance through them, this was quickly returned after vehicle return and check.
I always feel inexplicably tense when picking up and returning hire cars. It's something to do with a feeling of guilt even though the car has been treated by me with great care. From Valentine's polite and friendly welcome , to the efficient drop off (also very quick) at Dublin airport, Sixt have changed my perceptions. Thanks all!

Used Sixt for car hire visiting Ireland last week to attend a wedding. The booking via Ryanair was very easy and very reasonable. Once we landed the desk is prominent in arrivals lounge and the staff were very quick and professional. They explained all the process well and got us on our way very quickly without any fuss. The return was just as easy, leaving the car at their depot and we even got a lift back to departures. I would definitely use again.
Sixt are just really good at what they do. The counter staff are friendly, efficient, and out to make your rental the best it can be. My car was a slight upgrade which was great. Directions were clear for pick up and return. All in all a great rental.
