Was OK. They need to change their toilet lock.. which is not working properly
This company is a joke. First they give you broken van and they have no replacement for you for the time it is in their garage (they couldn't fix it anyway), then they request money for another month after canceling the contract. Now we're fighting to get our deposit back, almost 2 months of calls and "somebody will call you back" promises. Avoid!!!
I had a rented vehicle that was dropped back, and only realised later that day I had left money in the vehicle, total of around EUR50 notes and coins, I called and emailed them to get it back only to be hit with what was the reg of the van, I didn't know the reg but was able to give a time make and model of vehicle when I dropped it back, I also said surly the staff would hand it in when they clean the vehicle, Well let's just say they have sticky fingers because I never got the money back BEWARE
Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced, no organisation, planning or manners. Couldn't believe the service I received. Would not recommend this company or use them.
Northgate were fine to deal with until it came time to refunding the deposit. I'm owed this money since January and have been calling a few times a month and keep being told it has been passed to a line manager who needs to sign a cheque. Please sort this out.
Very friendly staff & excellent service. Needed a new door handle on my van. In & out in just over half an hour. Just about had time to enjoy the free coffee
Disaster! As a loyal customer I feel they have really gone downhill. This time around I made my booking over 5 weeks in advance. The reason for this was the last time they mixed up my booking and only just about got me a van in time. This time around after booking the van in plenty of time, then having this booking confirmed by 2 members of staff, I phone them 2 days before collecting the van to be told that no vans would be available. It was booked for a very important exhibition and they never even bothered to phone to let me know nothing would be available so we could make alternative arrangements. Very unprofessional!
