Highly recommended garage, efficient, reasonable price.
Highly unprofessional and rude. Cash in hand ,not promoting card dealings, not paying proper tax. 90% cars are not aligned and suspension issue but still there NCT is passed strange they do all CORRUPTION there ...Bad service.
Had my car in the garage today with for a service with Karl. Lovely man, grate service and fast service. And the mechanic in unit 13 worked on my car. Very well priced and super service and I see they love what they do in BOBO MOTORS because they were having some crack when I was there will definitely be back!!!
Customer care: Diabolical, Workmanship: Poor (wheels not aligned as requested), Pricing: Fine (from what I can tell). Number of appointments to date: 4 different dates and different fixes needed for 2 cars. I arrived for a 2pm appointment today (booked by the Reception Manager (refered to as "Julie") on 13/03/2024). I went to proceed into the bay for wheel alignment and one of the mechanics started beeping at me from a car so I reversed back to let him in. He then reversed further back and I waited for him to decide and he just stayed where he was so I then proceeded into the bay. I went to speak to a receptionist whilst the reception manager was dealing with another customer. The mechanic then came through the door and asked if it was my car in the way and told me to "get it out of there" and park it outside another premises across the way (as the taxi driver cars were blocking up the entrance to BoBo Motors) which has signs saying do not park here or you will be clamped as he looks to prioritise his taxi driver buddies over a pre-arranged appointment which ended up being 2:33pm btw! Office manager simply smirked and smiled at seeing a customer doing her job for her and then ran off in a car to pick up a new car with two sidekicks. While I was waiting, the manager returned to another irate customer and they had a verbal exchange together outside. The work was complete and keys handed back at 3:35pm without apology. After some fumbling by the receptionist the payment was made and I then went to find my car. I saw the mechanic as I went out the door so I went over to ask him where the car was as it was no longer in or outside the bay I had driven it into originally. He was sitting up on a car outside and 'busy' having the chats with a taxi buddy about the pros and cons of the taxi driver buying a hybrid etc. as his next car. After making me wait to the side he then asked what he could help with and I said 'whenever you're ready, I'm just trying to find my car." He said it's parked over there (referring to a place over near the second bay). Highly unprofessional and rude! @ Jake, make them wake up (rather than provide a generic response) please!
