Best car rental experience ever. Everything is exactly as promised. One understandable payment for car hire and all insurance risks. Very kind and fast service. The driver's license was checked and the fuel deposit was withheld from the bank card. 5 minutes and car keys in hand. I had booked an Opel Astra. I got a Skoda Kamiq, which I think is an even better car. Parking lot next to the terminal. Everything is fast and convenient. Exactly the same with the return of the car, which was at a different location, but there too everything happened within a few minutes. The rental employee quickly checked the car to see if the fuel tank was full and invited me to get on the shuttle bus, which quickly took me to the terminal. The fuel deposit was returned quickly within 3 working days. The next time I go to Ireland, choosing a car rental will no longer be a problem.

Car we booked wasn't available, they where going to give me a standard car, but I said the whole reason I booked a estate, is I wanted a long boot to carry a few bags of golf clubs & several suitcases. After a bit of back and forth they said they where upgrading use. We got the estate. It was a small model that wasn't able to fit golf clubs sideways or long ways without dropping the back seat. Not great for 4 people. The car was dirty on the outside, smelly in the inside & a basic model. The not being hit with extra like most Irish car rentals fees is good but you pay them all upfront in any case. Not my worst Irish car rental experience, not my best. Irish car rental is a disgrace in general & that's coming from an Irish man. Why would the car be hired without its spare tire, I only noticed that because the boot floor was flimsy in this bottom of the range car. Not my trip was great, weather fantastic, drove 1500 miles over the week, no issues.

We rented a car from them during our holiday and highly recommend their service. From the start, you're given the final price, as they always include fully comprehensive insurance. I would strongly suggest choosing this option, especially when driving through the countryside, as the roads can be quite narrow. We were provided with a Dacia Sandero that had only 15,000 km on it. The only additional cost was a fuel deposit, which was promptly refunded a week after returning the car.

The best car rental company in Ireland. No deposit is required, only the fuel tax, which we received back the moment we dropped off the car. The staff was very polite and understanding. They agreed to change our car, because the similar of that we have booked was nothing to our expectations (we drive the opposite). We strongly recommend NewWay Car Hire for your best vacation in Ireland. The pleasure of driving 2000 km for 8 days was ours. I wish we can come back to Ireland again some day and we will definitely book one of your cars!

I've been remiss in writing this review of NewWay sooner. We rented a Tesla from them and although things started a bit rocky, NewWay's customer service left us with a good impression. When we picked up the car, the battery was only at half charge but when we informed NewWay they said we could return the car with less than the usual full battery. This made our return of the vehicle much easier. The car was fun to drive and a good introduction to an all electric vehicle. I also appreciated that NewWay rents all their vehicles with full insurance coverage. This gave us good peace of mind. I'll happily rent from them again.

What you book is what you get. There were no last second ad on fees, as I had heard about with other companies. Importantly, the reservation was exactly what I booked online and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The car was in perfect condition and had no issues for the 2 1/2 weeks I used it. Pick up & drop off was simple. Very satisfied.
