Great place! Handy location, friendly landlord. Loved this authentic Irish experience. Full recommendation!
We stayed here 1 week, and we really enjoyed it. Very close to the park and city center, very good restaurants nearby. <3
Very cozy tiny house experience! Bus stop and Lidl nearby. When we came in the hallway already smelled very nice as if it was just cleaned. The bathroom had some mold but it didn't bother us.
The apartment is a great place to stay over for Dublin visits. Absolutely recommend for a solo or duo. Apartment: Oscar Wilde Stayed: 3 Nights Condition: Loved it. The apartment was clean and all basic essentials were present including clothes iron and board. The building is old, so do not expect to see fancy items but for what it is - a small nice lovely place to sleep in. This apartment had a kitchen, bathroom and a view towards the back of the building. I forgot to take an indoor picture, especially with the "Oscar Wilde" book visible on the shelf. Service: I did not have the opportunity to meet Fiona and Liam but they provided me with instructions to get in clearly and were quick to respond to any questions. A welcoming attitude, an excellent way to start your stay. Location: The location is fairly good. A good amount of amenities close by. Tesco for basic essentials, coffee shops, pubs and excellent restaurants. The bus stop is close by or takes a 25 mins walk to the Luas (Red), about 35 mins to Heuston station. Definitely a recommended!
We had an nice stay at this apartment. The location was great, the apartment was clean, and the owners were wonderful and communicative. My husband accidentally left his watch there after checking out, but didn't realize it until after a day or two. Fortunately, we were returning to Dublin a few days later and I asked Fiona if the cleaning lady found a watch after our stay. Thank goodness for their cleaning lady's honesty and letting us know that she found it. When we returned to Dublin we walked over to the apartment and picked up my husband's watch. My husband was very pleased. The one and ONLY thing I'd like to point out is that the photos for the Samuel Beckett apartment look as though there are 3 beds, when actually, it's two beds (one double and one twin) and one sofabed. Nonetheless, our family of 5 adults fit! It was tight, but we all had a place to sleep, which was the most important thing since we were out and about most of the days. We were happy with our stay. The owners were wonderful, the apartment was clean, the location was great , and the cleaning lady was fabulous for finding my husband's watch.
Very big thank you. Lovely partment with own kitchen. Clean apartment. Everything was near - store Lidl, perfect coffee Off grid coffee, park for morning run. And stoneybatter district is must for Dublin visit .
Amazing apartment, in a very historical house like the previous century, the owner are very friendly also the housekeeper, the one bedroom who I stayed was amazing, with stunning view. In the room you have everything you need a full equipment kitchen, a big double bed, sofa, table with chairs, microwave, good Wi-Fi, plasma Tv and sofa. When I come back I will stay again. Thanks.
Great place! They upgraded our room and it was just a fabulous stay! Not far from the center and close to anything you might need. Fiona, the owner, is so nice! The place was clean with comfy beds and a lovely shower! Will definitely be staying here next time in dublin!
