Zingly in Dublin 5

My wife is currently in the National Rehabilitation Hospital with a severe spinal cord injury so everything wheelchair-related is very new to us. We'd been trying to get wheelchair taxis over a weekend to do some shopping together but to no avail. That led to a Google search, and to Zingly. Audrey and her team couldn't have been more helpful. She walked us through the required paperwork and had everything in place within a few days. The car meant was Fiona's was able to get out of the hospital for the first time in 18 weeks. We gave Zingly EUR150 and they gave us a weekend of freedom. We couldn't recommend them highly enough

Van was old and rattled noisily, also the clutch was slipping. It badly needed replacing not surprisingly the van was 12 years old. Also the fuel tank was modified for the wheelchair to fit, but the pipe was far too narrow. This meant that it was a nightmare to refuel it took ages and it spat diesel all over you. The return policy is so restrictive there's no Sunday opening and nowhere to leave the van and they are not very accommodating. Do it thier way or get hefty extra charges. Read the small print! Also return it absolutely full to the brim or you'll be sent back to fill it. We had to go to a station and put EUR4 in to satisfy the unfriendly check in person. Never again!

Fantastic service. Spotless. Super efficient and friendly to deal with. Reminder - no parking for non Vantastic vehicles (apart from time required to sign in, get keys etc.). Hired for a week, which ended up becoming just over two weeks. The options and flexibility it allowed us to have with a close relative made our summer holidays! Thank you Vantastic. Extremely good value as it's run by a charity. Highly recommended for wheelchair accessible vehicle rentals.
