Rented 2 cars over a 3 week period. The staff were pleasant and there were no issues
SCAM ALERT! There are customers being scammed and robbed here. Enterprise Rent-a-Car uses a company called Express Toll Go to debit a EUR250 payment from a customer's credit card; for protection in case of customer damage to a vehicle while being rented. (Understandable; though why Express Toll Go is involved and not Enterprise Rent-a-Car directly is unclear). After a successful and incident-free hiring of a van for a long weekend of furniture transport: the debited EUR250 was repaid back onto my credit card. 1 week later: my bank queries a "road toll" charge debit on my credit card. This I knew to be incorrect so I had my card blocked and re-issued to me. The charge was debited by Express Toll Go; illegally and without consent. I complained to Enterprise Rent-a-Car. They are already AWARE of the scam; but CONTINUE to use Express Toll Go as a service provider. The bank is also AWARE of the scam. I have reported this scam to the Irish Police. DO NOT USE Enterprise Rent-a-Car until they change their service provider. I hate attempts to scam me of money.

I take this back ! They took 89 euro from mh account for tolls whichi prepaid for already and when i called up they had the gall to tell me to ring the uk! Never will i rent here again! SCAMMERS!..I had a great experience actually, Kylemore branch.. My advice is to make a video walking around the vehicle for future reference..
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent car hire experience with your company. Despite returning the vehicle in impeccable condition, I was shocked to receive a notice alleging damage to one of the tires, which I adamantly refute.Throughout the rental period, I took utmost care to ensure the vehicle's integrity, and any claim of damage incurred during my possession is baseless. I find it deeply concerning that such an accusation was made without any concrete evidence or prior inspection.Furthermore, the threat of deducting EUR250 from my deposit for alleged damage is not only unjust but also unacceptable. It reflects poorly on Enterprise's commitment to customer service and transparency.As a loyal customer, I expect a higher standard of professionalism and fairness. This experience has left me feeling undervalued and disillusioned with your company's practices.

Very friendly staff and great service. We called to turn in the car a bit later, so we could enjoy Wicklow mountains a bit more and that wasn't a problem at all. The car was as expected and clean, perfect.
Joe and Orla were helpful and very professional. Prefer going to them even though the Dublin Roads with traffic are hard to avoid. So leave yourself extra time when dropping off your car. Btw loved that they have cars that are new and super clean!
