Pesimo, en cuanto pueda quitamos todos los coches, muy lentos, cada vez que vas son 5 horas esperando , acudes esperas que llamen cuandontellaman a la hora sales afuera donde esta el coche le hechas fotos lo revisa te dicen que vayas adentro a oficina vas te dicen que esperes que en dos horas esta listo cuando te quedas esperando 3 h acudes desesperado al mostrador reclamando y te dicen que estan a la espera sales afuera esta el coche sin tocar vas al mostrador y te dicen que no estara listo que te Dan uno de sustitucion todo esto para el cambio de dos pastillas de frenos , esperas otra hora te dicen que vayas a afuera revisas el coche que de sustitucion te dicen que vayas de nuevo a pfic9na llegas a ofic8na esperas 30 min a que arreglen el papel del sustitucion y ya te vas la ultima vez desde las 10 hasta las 3 de la tarde esperando , en cuanto podamos nos vamos a otro renting , ah y hay un tal Luis Miguel en taller que es un sinverguenza como trata a los clientes me fui y no le conteste de milagro un sin verguenza

Lamentable gestion de los procesos. La lentitud en cualquier gestion (entrega, recogida de vehiculo) es desesperante, te puedes llevar 2/3 horas de medias esperando aunque vayas con cita. Lo unico bueno es la amabilidad y trato de las recepcionistas.
Regrettable process management. The slowness in any management (delivery, vehicle collection) is exasperating, you can spend 2/3 hours waiting even if you go with an appointment. The only good thing is the kindness and treatment of the receptionists.
Pesimo lugar , no vuelvo a traer mi coche al taller , se han pegado un mes y medio con mi coche particular no me llamaban para informarme de lo que pasaba , ya cuando pasa el mes y medio me dan el coche llenisimo de grasa de las botas y las manos de los trabajadores . Cuando veo que esta el coche super manchado les digo que me limpien el coche y me dicen que me vuelva a casa h que venga al dia siguiente , aqui estoy que he venido a por el coche y no me lo han limpiado . Y no hablemos que me han dado el coche de sustitucion el viernes pasado despues de llevarse aqui mi coche un mes . De verguenza !!! Pongo una estrella por que me obligan a ponerla ...

Un desproposito de tiempo perdido, tienes que estar continuamente preguntando en el mostrador si no quieres llevarte las horas y horas alli para todo. No lo recomiendo. Por cierto Maria de recepcion de vehiculos e Inma del mostrador super amables y atentas.
A nonsense of wasted time, you have to constantly ask at the counter if you don't want to spend hours and hours there for everything. I don't recommend it. By the way, Maria from vehicle reception and Inma from the counter were super friendly and attentive.
El personal nos ha tratado muy bien pero nos hemos ido con un mal sabor de boca ya que a pesar de tener cita previa para la recogida del vehiculo han tardado hora y media en realizarnos la entrega. Salta a la vista que les falta personal en la campa. Los chavales trabajan bien, pero el volumen de trabajo que tienen es muy grande.
