Una verguenza su servicio tecnico. Despues de dos meses y medio esperando para la sustitucion de un piloto trasero llamo el dia de la cita para concretar y me dicen que no saben si podran atenderme, que acuda pero no me dan garantia de que me puedan sustituir el piloto, es decir, que puede que pierda la manana de trabajo y no me hagan la sustitucion. DE VERGUENZA
Their technical service is a shame. After two and a half months waiting to replace a rear light, I call on the day of the appointment to make it and they tell me that they don't know if they will be able to assist me, so I should come but they don't give me a guarantee that they can replace the light, that is, I may miss the morning of work and they won't replace me. OF SHAME
Me enganaron, no los recomiendo. Me dijeron que me devolvia el dinero proporcional por los dias que no tuviera la furgoneta cuando tuviera que pasar revisiones y pasar por el taller... etc y a la hora de la verdad me lo cobraron me pusieron impedimentos y de hecho todavia me deben el dinero desde septiembre del 2021. Una verguenza de empresa.
They fooled me, I don't recommend them. They told me that they would return the money proportionally for the days that I did not have the van when I had to undergo inspections and go to the workshop... etc. and when the truth came, they charged me for it, they put obstacles in my way and in fact they still owe me the money since September 2021. A shame of a company.
Una verguenza, tuve una furgoneta 6 meses alquilada a 1000 euros. Me llaman para dejarla en taller, la dejo y no me descuentan los diad que estuvo la furgoneta a pesar de que cuando la alquile al firmar el contrato me dijeron que dia que no pudiera disfrutar de la furgoneta, dia que me descontaban de la cuota. No recomiendo esta empresa para nada.
A shame, I had a van rented for 6 months for 1000 euros. They called me to leave it at the workshop, I left it and they did not deduct the number of days the van was there even though when I rented it when I signed the contract they told me which day I could not enjoy the van, the day they deducted it from the fee. I do not recommend this company at all.
