I rented a seven seat car for 10 days. Erika sent me the offer by mail and I agreed. I paid some of the money in advance. After a few hours I got a phone call from my credit card company saying that the automated system had detected a suspicious transaction and they blocked my credit card. The rep said that someone in Italy tried to define my card in his digital wallet. My card was cancelled as a result. I paid Erika with a different card. My order was for a specific car model - Mercedes V -KLASSE. Erika promised this exact model. When I got there, Erika said there is an upgrade and I will get a 9 seat car. I told her I don't want this upgrade but she said that for the Mercedes car I need to wait for the afternoon. I didn't have time to wait so I had to take this car. Erika didn't also agree to cancel the order. The 9 seat car had the smell of an old car. After an argumentt Erika agreed to make a small discount for this case. From my point of view, I don't recommend at all to use this company. Maybe it was a mistake not to rent from the big international rental companies.

We rented 4 cars on a short notice. The contact, Erika, was constantly available and went out of her way to make the rental possible. Within 4 days everything was organized. The communication was smooth, we talked on the phone and via email in English, couldnt have been better. The cars were in very good condition, modern and exactly as previously described. As we travelled with a large group of disabled people, security is of great importance to us. The expectations were exceeded at this point. We have had a few rentals as we had a wedding in Arona and not only did they provide amazing cars for great price, at the last minute when flights were delayed and we had 15 people show up at once, they were able to get us a shuttle to transport everyone. This is a great company to rent from and we will send all our family and friends when they visit. Great work Erika and team at ElitcarRent!
