ARRENDADOR: NO TRABAJEIS CON WIKI CAMPERS! Soy propietaria de una camper que alquilo desde hace anos y Wiki Campers me ha dejado totalmente indefensa ante un problema con un arrendatario que nos ha destrozado completamente un cajon de un mueble. El vehiculo se devolvio a las 4 de la manana (ya que habia que llevar a los arrendatarios al aeropuerto) y no se pudo revisar en ese momento ni firmar el parte (pero si se entrego un documento firmado por ambas partes donde dice que esta pendiente de revision), por lo que Wikicampers decidio devolver la fianza al arrendador dejandome totalmente desprotegida ante el problema/coste que supuso la reparacion del mismo. Futuros arrendatarios: si estais pensando en daros de alta en su web, os recomendamos que trabajeis SOLO con empresas serias con las que gestioneis vosotros directamente la fianza, no dejeis que la gestione el intermediario (wikicampers) en este caso, ya que su posicionamiento es claro ante un problema de este tipo
LANDLORD: DO NOT WORK WITH WIKI CAMPERS! I am the owner of a camper that I have rented for years and Wiki Campers has left me totally defenseless in the face of a problem with a tenant who has completely destroyed a drawer of our furniture. The vehicle was returned at 4 in the morning (since the tenants had to be taken to the airport) and it could not be inspected at that time or the report signed (but a document signed by both parties was delivered stating that it is pending review), so Wikicampers decided to return the deposit to the landlord, leaving me completely unprotected against the problem/cost of repairing it. Future tenants: if you are thinking of registering on their website, we recommend that you work ONLY with serious companies with whom you directly manage the deposit, do not let the intermediary (wikicampers) manage it in this case, since their positioning is clear when faced with a problem of this type
Buenos dias, Cuidado con las fianzas!!! El senor que nos alquilo la Camper en Asturias le dejamos una fianza de 1000EUR, de la cual la tienen para desperfectos ocasionados en el vehiculo. En el momento de la entrega se devolvio tal cual se recogio limpiandola por dentro y por fuera y sin ningun desperfecto ocasionado. Nuestra sorpresa fue que nos cobro de la fianza una limpieza que se saco de la manga de 55EUR cuando si efectuamos esa limpieza interior e incluso exterior. Su respuesta fue que valoro y tenia que cobrarlo y no se que historias mas nos conto... en definitiva un engano y estafa.
Good morning, Be careful with bails!!! The man who rented us the Camper in Asturias left him a deposit of EUR1000, of which they have it for damages caused to the vehicle. At the time of delivery it was returned as it was picked up, cleaning it inside and out and without any damage caused. Our surprise was that they charged us from the deposit for a cleaning that was out of their pocket of EUR55 when we did carry out that interior and even exterior cleaning. His response was that he valued it and had to collect it and I don't know what other stories he told us... in short, a deception and scam.
Premiere experience avec un van et je ne regrette pas ! Nous avons passe un super sejour avec Le Jack and Johnson. Une aventure extra avec de beaux paysages et de belles rencontres. Je recommande vivement cette experience, ideal meme pour des amateurs.
First experience with a van and I don't regret it! We had a great stay with The Jack and Johnson. An extra adventure with beautiful landscapes and great encounters. I highly recommend this experience, ideal even for amateurs.
Nous avons loue le camping-car de Georges pendant 4 journees et 3 nuits. Nous rejoignons les precedents commentaires qui revelent que le proprietaire est une personne tres aimable et disponible. Le vehicule est equipe de tout le necessaire (vaisselle, ustensile de cuisine, jeux, table et chaises, produit d'entretien, couverture etc.) Tout est pense pour que votre sejour se deroule au mieux. Nous recommandons ce proprietaire sans souci.
We rented Georges' campervan for 4 days and 3 nights. We agree with previous comments which reveal that the owner is a very friendly and available person. The vehicle is equipped with everything necessary (crockery, kitchen utensils, games, table and chairs, cleaning product, blanket, etc.) Everything has been designed to ensure that your stay goes as smoothly as possible. We recommend this owner without any worries.
