Had a great experience at the rental spot. Was helped out by this wonderful girl called Amaya. Really negative experience unfortunately. I returned the car in perfect condition but they changed me 300 for a minuscule little scratch that it didn't even occur to me to take a picture of. Recommend that you don't rent from this place. They will stick it to you. Expected better from Sixt.

If you want your trip to be the worst of your life, rent a car with them. We rented for one day, we asked that we did not want surprises or deposits and they gave us the best option for this, which was 129.62. They told us that with that we were free of any additional expenses. The surprise comes days later when we see that they actually charged us 429.62 with a retention of 300 euros without prior notice. We called and they told us that it was a retention, that they would return the 429.62 to us and later charge us what was initially 129 euros, which they already did. order is launched from the 2 operations. But a new surprise, Monday arrives and there is only one operation...... you guessed it, they charge us again but this time for 191 euros!!! We called and they told us that this increase from 129 to 191 is for fuel, 16 liters they tell me, 60 euros for 16 liters!!! The joke tells itself. Summary, from 129.62 euros that should have been charged to us only 429+191= 620 euros while waiting to see whether or not they return the withholding.

Nos dijeron que con esa estabamos libres de cualquier gasto adicional. La sorpresa viene dias despues cuando vemos que realmente nos cobraron 429,62 una retencion de 300 euros sin previo aviso. Llamamos y nos dicen que es una retencion, que nos devolveran los 429,62 para posteriormente cobrarnos lo que era en principio 129 euros, que ya la. orden esta lanzada de las 2 operaciones. Pero una nueva sorpresa, llega el Lunes y solo hay una operacion...... efectivamente has adivinado, nos vuelven a pasar el cobro pero esta vez de 191 euros!!! Llamamos y nos dicen que ese incremento de 129 a 191 es por combustible, 16 litros me dicen, 60 euros por 16 litros!!! El chiste se cuenta solo. Resumen, de 129,62 euros que tenian que habernos cobrado solamente a 429+191= 620 euros a la espera de si devuelven o no la retencion.

Y eso no es todo, porque llamo a mi banco para ver si se ha emitido la orden de ese pago, y me dicen que el pago se realizaria el 2 de noviembre, osea, ya no son 7 dias como ellos me habian dicho, si no 12 dias, y esto si se acaba devolviendo el dinero. Total, que la denuncia al consumidor se la llevan claramente. No es normal que cobren algo sin comunicarlo, y que vacien la cuentan de una persona. Ahora pondran que mande los datos para ver que ha pasado y bla, bla, bla para quedar bien, porque ya hemos llamado en varias ocasiones y mas de lo mismo. Pues eso que, yo que tu NO CONTARIA CON ESTA EMPRESA PARA ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA .
