Estoy muy enfadada con esta compania, el encargado no me dio toda la informacion de forma adecuada y me encontre, que me quitaron la cantidad del alquiler de coche y un plus por la gasolina a 2EUR por litro, por si no lo entregaba con el deposito lleno. Y antes de devolverme el plus de la gasolina (porque lo entregue con el deposito lleno), me volvieron a quitar la cuantia del alquiler del coche. Segun ellos porque lo pague con una tarjeta de debito y no de credito. Sobre esto jamas me dijeron nad antes de alquilar el coche. A dia de hoy, compania tiene en su poder, la cantidad del alquiler x2 y el plus de gasolina. No me han devuelto nada!. Segun ellos, en unos dias me devolveran lo que me corresponde. Una verguenza, no recomiendo para nada esta compania.
I am very angry with this company, the manager did not give me all the information adequately and I found out that they took away the amount of the car rental and a bonus for gasoline at EUR2 per liter, in case I did not deliver it with the full tank. And before giving me back the extra gas (because I delivered it with a full tank), they took the car rental amount from me again. According to them because I paid for it with a debit card and not a credit card. They never told me anything about this before renting the car. As of today, the company has in its possession, the rental amount x2 and the gasoline bonus. They haven't returned anything to me! According to them, in a few days they will give me back what I owe. A shame, I do not recommend this company at all.
Miguel was so helpful and friendly! It was so easy to get and return our rental car, which was amazing given the busy city during the film festival. And it was very affordable for a weekend rental!
Convenient location in the center of San Sebastian, very friendly staff, and easy drop-off at the garage. Highly recommended.
