Rented a VW for a week in August. I had reserved through Costco. Everything was ready to go for me, a guy named Inigo helped me both times I showed up and he was great. Car was really nice. When I returned it we did a walkthrough together, he confirmed it was all fine, and I was gone in 15 minutes. Thanks Inigo!

I had reserved a car 2 weeks ahead. When we went to pick up the car neither my AmEx or Visa card worked in their machine. She tried it 3 times then told me she couldn't try again for 24 hours. She wouldn't let my husband rent a car. I called AmEx and Visa and both said my cards were fine and they did not show any declined transactions. We walked across the street and Car Europa rented me a car and my AmEx card worked just fine the first time she tried it. Enterprises card machine was the issue, not my cards. The fact that she wouldn't even work with my husband, who was standing there ready to rent a car for 2 days, was poor customer service.

We came early to pick up our car at 11:40, but because of the long line we were greeted in at 12:10. The woman told us that our reserve had been closed because we were "late". The woman started lecturing us about how it worked, but we weren't told that it would permanently CLOSE the reserve. We couldn't book a new car for the day. The place has the car but we can't rent it? Ridiculous. But thankfully Sixt saved the day! I highly recommend sixt, better cars and easier service. We will NOT be returning! Thanks for the mood killer!

Worst car rental I've ever used. Friendly employee inspected the car on return and confirmed there was no damage and signed this off for us. We then receive an email later in the day that someone else has inspected the car and found damage. Only shared in Spanish, refused to translate the damage note into English or elaborate on it, and also refused to share image evidence. Absolute scam of a company, avoid them at all costs.

Very poor experience. The office was closed, and instructions on what to do with the car not clear. There is no car lot, and it was very difficult to find a street parking space. I had to leave the car a long way away. There is no transit or taxi rank near the office. Difficult with luggage. Worse still they tried to charge extra day rental. After a call they agreed they were wrong. I advise not to use this office.

Our experience renting here was excellent. The car they gave us was really great, we drove it from San Sebastian to Gijon and through the Picos de Europa with no troubles. The pick-up experience was smooth and trouble FREE and the pricing was reasonable and fair. Recommended.

Opened promptly at 8 am and 3 staff present to manage the queue of people on a Monday morning. Alberto was extremely helpful, able to communicate well in English (far better than my Spanish) and my car was ready, spotlessly clean and as reserved.

Easily the worst experience in my time of hiring vehicles. Twice I have tried to hire from them. Both occasions walked out with no vehicle. Horrible customer service, I have read through some reviews here and I can relate to most. The so called manager really needs training, she on both occasions offer zero help, no reassurance or efforts to look into their mistakes. Never again will I ever attempt to rent from these guys, or will I recommend anyone hiring here. Europcar just over the road on the other hand, after failing here twice and walking into their store after these unprofessional people... Guess what... walked out with a vehicle. Enterprise leaders really need to make an anonymous visit there to see just how bad this is. I hope this will help future customers think twice. Good Luck.
