Be careful. If you want to pay extra money 600 euros for towing services which never occur it is right company. They rent me a car with malfunction of battery. When I need road assistance they charged me for the towing service from San Sebastian to Bilbao. But in fact road assistance fixed the malfunction on the road and there was no towing. They rent car with total insurance but when is something wrong with car they charge you for hundreds euros because you should have premium insurance. Never again. It is a shame for Bilbao authorities that allow to function such business.

No complaints. We took the total coverage insurance for the peace of mind and it was worth it. The car was in great condition, returning process was a breeze and the fuel deposit was returned to me the next business day. It was our second time using Record Go in Spain and will definitely use them again in the future.

I appreciate the service, especially manager Yana, who provided me with patient support when I had issues with my credit cards. The car was clean and almost new, though not powerful - but that was my choice, the rules were clear.

Good service. We rent a ford puma, on gasoline, with android auto for 6 days with 140 euro. They take you from the airport by car and at the and they help you arrive at the airport. All process it tooks 10 minutes. You will pay an amount of aprox 90 euro the cost of gasoline and when you come back they return the money via bank in 3 days. The only thing that I can sau on CONS, is that the car that not have windshield fluid... I have to buy it.

Rental pickup is offsite but only 5 minutes away with frequent pickup / drop off. Worth the savings to be offsite. When we checked in, we were nicely welcomed and there was no wait with plenty of staff to check us in. Professional. Car was clean and well maintained. No issues with drop off either. Booked on the chase travel platform and has the best price. Would happily rent with them again.

Great hire car company. Booking was easy and straightforward, we was picked up within 10 mins of coming out of the airport and taken straight to the office. We were seen to straightaway and we left with our car within another 10 minutes. Car was great, had a Fiat 500 as there was just 2 of us, just what we needed and for a great price in my opinion. We took the full insurance option and car recovery just in case so we had no issues at all. We read a lot of reviews beforehand, some of them being quite negative, but I can't see any issues, as long as you follow their terms and condition and take the full insurance and then you can't be liable for any hidden costs. Our car had a dent in when we picked it up but we got worried they would think it was us but it wasn't a problem on return.

By far the best value for money car rental however they still haven't given me back my 1200EUR deposit after 30 days of waiting. Not happy! Edit: it is now almost 30 days since the rental, I still haven't gotten my deposit back, I have called the bank and they said they do not have it either Edit 2: I have contacted support and get a silly automated reply on the phone and by email, can I have my 1200EUR back please??????
