Staff was super friendly and the car was clean and in great conditions. The pick up at the airport is every 30' and after few minute drive you reach the office. The registration is very fast and you are good to go.

In spite of them asking for your flight information, they will strand you at the airport. My flight got in at 2245, collected my bags and waited outside for nearly an hour. I had to take a taxi into Bilbao and then return the next day to pick up my rental car. At no point was anyone able to help or answer questions. The next day when I made it back to the airport to get the car the shuttle didn't arrive for nearly an hour. Don't waste time or money with this company.

Great rental experience. It had been my second rental with this company but first at this station. I interacted with two very friendly and helpful service agents. Both pick up and drop off had no lines so were completed after 10-15 mins but my rental was outside peak holiday times. Two things to be aware of regarding the shuttle service to and from the office: 1) The shuttle service is shared between the rental company and a hotel (same site). The shuttle leaves at the first lane on the right side when exiting the airport departure. For me it was a bit confusing because all of the other companies' shuttles leave from the parking lot mostly at the left side. 2) The shuttle is more of a minibus than a van (in contrast to the other companies' shuttles). Surfers be aware that the minibus is not ideal for transporting surfboards and regularly refuses to take them when the shuttle is crowded. My 6'10 mid length didn't fit in the trunk although it was almost empty and boards are strictly not allowed to be transported inside. However, the rental company was happy to call a cab which arrived on short notice and was around 20EUR so convenient enough.

Not sure what everyone is talking about, my experience was great. Picked up drom the airport, was upgraded to an SUV from a Seat Leon to drive to San Sebastian, brought it back, checked over , no issues and the deposit released. Thank you for the service at Bilbao Airport office. These reviews on here stressed me out for no reason. If you look after the car then you ll have no issues.

Very bad experience with this car rental company. We got a new van, and when we got back they blamed us for a missing piece in the inside of the car, which was never there to begin with. They were completely not helpful and understanding and without further ado charged us hundreds of euros for it. Good reminder to everyone to also always take pictures of the inside of the car, so they cannot take advantage of you

WORST rental I have ever been to First, we got offered a van instead of a small car (automatic, the one we booked) when we arrived. And the person only mentioned "the car will be a little bigger, is that okay?", we had no idea it was a van - a huge new van, with 6km only. When we saw the van, we said we were not comfortable with it and they told us it was not possible to take any other automatic car. Finally, when we came to drop off the van, we were told a piece of the back (inside the car) was missing and we had to pay 400EUR for it. We had pictures of the outside of the car, but as the windows were blinded, we had no way to prove it was never there. So the person at the desk, was very stringent, saying we "might have lost the entire back protector on accident and not notice" (??) and that we had to pay. Totally not helpful and very accusatory. We suggested he would contact the colleague that drove the car to us so this could be checked, and he didn't care to take any of our suggestions. Very careful with renting anything with this company!! They may find a way to force things on you/charge you for things you never did.

Had to pay 80 euros since the car was not returned "clean enough" after having it for 14 days. They do not inform this before you hire the car. There is no e-mail to make a report in their website, if you need help by phone there you have to wait for a loong time. the car is not at the airport you need a shuttle bus. It is cheaper than other company but in the end you still pay more.

First time use after using Bilbao for 15yrs. PS70 instead of PS230 for in- terminal. Terrified by reviews but had NO ISSUES!! Pick up from bus stop outside departures (top floor) at Bilbao Airport (SEE PIC). 10minutes to office. Free bus. Just show booking if asked. Use the QR code given by the bus driver to check in. Nice hybrid. No damage. Took pictures. 20k miles. Very professional staff. We use a third party for insurance excess. KM max was 1500 but we will be using again. Was expecting an argument about fake scuffs but staff were great.
