Afgelopen zomer een auto gehuurd waar al schade op zat. Dit werd ook erkend door de vrouw achter de balie, maar toch maar een aantal filmpjes en foto's gemaakt voor het meenemen van de auto. Bij het terugbrengen nogmaals filmpjes en foto's gemaakt en er was geen nieuwe schade op gekomen. De vrouw achter de balie zegt ons dat er geen probleem is. Naderhand wordt er bijna 500(!) euro afgeschreven vanwege kosten schade. Bij contact opnemen krijgen we geen belletje of mails terug, tot de bank erbij betrokken wordt. Nu wordt ons verteld dat wij akkoord zijn gegaan met het betalen van de schade op de auto. Het zijn een stel oplichters die hun geld verdienen door schade op de auto's bij anderen te claimen. Vermijdt dit bedrijf ten alle tijden!!
Rented a car last summer that was already damaged. This was also recognized by the woman behind the counter, but she still made a number of videos and photos before taking the car away. When returning it, I took videos and photos again and there was no new damage. The woman behind the counter tells us there is no problem. Afterwards, almost 500(!) euros are debited due to damage costs. When we contact you, we will not receive any calls or emails until the bank is involved. Now we are told that we have agreed to pay for the damage to the car. They are a bunch of scammers who make their money by claiming damage to the cars from others. Avoid this company at all costs!!
Tuvimos un problema con una asistencia pues la compania de nos habia reservado un vehiculo de sustitucion en Gandia y gracias a la profesionalidad de las personas que nos atendieron, en especial Patricia nos solucionaron el problema, que parecia insalvable. Da gusto encontrar a personas a las que se ve que les gusta su trabajo. !Enhorabuena! Muy recomendable.
We had a problem with assistance because the company had reserved a replacement vehicle for us in Gandia and thanks to the professionalism of the people who assisted us, especially Patricia, they solved the problem, which seemed insurmountable. Friendly staff and the usual budget cars. Car dirty inside and out on pickup though.
We hired a beautiful Opel Corsa to spend a few days around Denia and for the transfer to Alicante Airport. Everything was well and quickly arranged thanks to the friendly staff.
The best prices. I used the company twice while away. Each time was quick and easy. Had the car within 10 minutes. Very good staff with excellent English. The second time I rented the car was through a third party and still no problem. Dropping of the car was easy too. Highly recommended.
Very tight space for turning, parking, but otherwise all good and exactly what is required for renting a car.
En el momento de entrega del coche te retienen un saldo en en cuenta que nada tiene que ver con lo que figura en el contrato ya que las clausulas del mismo nada tienen que ver con la operativa que realizan. 1) El importe retenido no es el correcto 2) El cargo lo hacen en USD (lo que implica que al importe retenido hay que sumarle la posible comision del banco). 3) Con comision bancaria de por medio o no, el importe retenido sigue sin cuadrar. 4) Al hacerlo en dolares, el cargo aparece hecho en Estados Unidos (Virginia Beach en mi caso), hecho que en ningun momento te informan de ello. 5) Una vez cobrado el alquiler del coche, este importe te lo siguen reteniendo hasta 1 semana despues. Alegan que es cosa del banco, mentira. El banco no puede hacer nada para que se libere. Es decir que haces de banco de avis/budget durante una semana. NADA RECOMENDABLE.

They allege that it is a matter of the bank, a lie. The bank can't do anything to get it released. That is, you act as an Avis/budget bank for a week. NOTHING RECOMMENDED.
