AVOID...They tried to charge me for a group B car, and it was a battered group A Fiat panda. Then they tried telling me that I'd damaged it, fortunately my wife saw the chap trying to pull the previously damaged door trim off. Then he asked for my insurance documents, which he didn't get.

We rented a car and made pictures in advance. To ensure no damage is allocated in error. We saw a smal damage and showed it to the Manager. He said no problem. But Days later we got an invoice with 316,- for the damage. We went there and complaint, showed the picture. Again he said no problem. Now 1,5 month later they charged the amount to our Creditcard. That's fraud!

Thanks for good service . Rented a car twice. Great staff and cars. The minimum was 52 EUR with insurance, the deposit was 100 euros, for a child seat an additional 12 euros, deducted from the deposit. It is better to book a car in advance and on the Avis or Budget website, not on Booking a few days in advance, because there are many tourists.

Made two rentals with Avis in Spain. One was from Barcelona to Denia. The Denia office never refunded the gas deposit the Barcelona office took on my credit card even though I brought the car back with a full tank of gas.. The second rental was from this same Denia office back to Barcelona airport. This time the Denia office sneaked in an insurance fee which I did not request nor did I need or want. They fold the agreement so you can't see any extra charges they added. All in all this office screwed me over twice on two different rentals so that's a 100% error margin. That being said I am left to fight to get my money back as they claim the charges went through and there's nothing they can do about it. I need to work it our with customer service. If you rent from this office get ready to lose a lot of time fixing their mistakes. UPDATE: Submitted my two claims to Avis and although it wasn't easy, quick nor painless I eventually received a refund for both overcharged fees.

Good service nice cars but!! Check your loan car, when it's wet you don't see some ditches and scratches... And check if you get your creditcard reservation back... They lost the paper to book it back.. Keep your duplicate papers save.

Very nice staff. Had to borrow a car there after a car accident left me without my car. They upgraded the rented car for our travel way back home, so we could travel more comfortable. Top customer care.
