Fantastic experience, helpful and friendly service (Noah I think was one of the guys), car was clean and problem free, no attempt to over sell, the guys gave advice of the best places to visit around the area. On return the car was checked over and my deposit returned without any fuss. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend.

Vehicle in poor condition on handover and then tried to charge us for damage on return. Then told us we hadn't washed the car... never explained on collection.. we would be liable for an additional 50 euros....Then told us we hadn't taken good enough pictures to pursue a legal claim. They reluctantly refunded our deposit of 300 euros. Staff rude on both occasions...avoid.

When there was a slight misunderstanding on the return of the car on the evening of Friday 9th September, the situation was handled very sympathetically and carefully by Facu, who should be congratulated. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with ALQUICOCHE I booked a car for the same day through their website and, upon realizing an error in the dates, I immediately contacted them to cancel. Over the phone, they assured me that the money would be returned and asked me to send the request by mail, which I did, even providing them with my phone number. I didnt receive any more response. My partner tried to resolve it on WhatsApp, and they told him that they only make refunds for cancellations 30 days in advance, something impossible for a reservation for the same day. We decided to go in person to the office in Denia, where they told us that they couldnt do anything in person, only by mail. As of today, I have not picked up the vehicle and do not have a refund. The service has been terrible and unprofessional, they have given us lengthy and contradictory excuses. I do not recommend ALQUICOCHE at all.

Delighted with the service in general. The car was great and a great price. When I arrived at the office they offered me a bottle of water and with the heat it was, I received it with good taste and it was a great detail. The only thing I would say is that it took me a while for the deposit money to arrive in my account, but it wasnt their fault, it was the banks. But it says that it arrives in a maximum of 72 hours and it took me about a week and a half. Thank you!!

Es cierto que nos dieron un coche distinto al que reservamos que consumia mas combustible del que alquilamos pero durante el viaje no tuvimos problemas con el coche nuevo.
