This is the friendliest and easy to use car hire I've ever booked. Staff member Stefan, is very likable and easy going, and went out of his way to make the car hire very customer friendly. My family and I were vacationing in the area at the busiest time (July - August 2023), I went to the store to ask about a car and here we got a car for 5 days with a couple of days notice. I think its an excellent price-quality ratio, the service was friendly and punctual, the car was clean, air-conditioned and in every way spacious for the needs of five people. In addition, we received the car even a little earlier than agreed in the contract. Communication was handled conveniently with the WhatsApp app. A separate credit card reservation was also not taken here, but a cash deposit of 200 euros for the rental period, which I think is an excellent way. The deposit was immediately returned when the car was returned. The tank was full when picked up, and the tank was full when returned.
