Es la primera vez q vamos a alquilar una furgoneta y sera la ultima... Cuando fuimos con la chica para q nos dijera cual era, llevo el papel para apuntar los desperfectos q tenia y asi luego q no se nos echase la culpa a nosotros, cosa logica y normal. Pero al ir a devolverla, habia otra chica, q volvio a revisarla con el informe de la otra companera en la mano para comprobar q estuviera todo bien, y coge y dice q habia un raspon q no estaba marcado en el informe,(raspon q nosotros no hicimos y el cual, casi ni se veia...). Menos mal q habia otra companera q salio a verlo y le dijo q eso ya estaba de antes y q no lo tuviera en cuenta porque no era nuestra culpa... Lo q yo me pregunto es: ya q piden 600EUR al reservarlas, mas luego lo q cobran por alquilarlas, xq la furgoneta q nosotros cogimos x ejemplo, estaba llena de aranazos, bollos e incluso oxido en la parte de arriba del techo???para q piden 600EUR, si luego no hacen los arreglos q deberian hacer para q esten en condiciones??? Porque seguro q a kien o kienes hicieron eso, no se los devolverian... En fin, q mejor hacer fotos de como se coge y como e deja y como ya dije al principio, la primera y la ultima

Luckily there was another colleague who came out to see him and told him that this had already happened before and that he should not take it into account because it was not our fault... What I wonder is: since they ask for EUR600 when booking them, more later What do they charge for renting them, because the van that we took, for example, was full of scratches, dents and even rust on the upper part of the roof??? Why are they asking for EUR600, if they don't then make the arrangements, what should they do to that they are in condition??? Because I'm sure that whoever did that would not be returned... Anyway, it's better to take photos of how you pick it up and how it leaves it and as I said at the beginning, the first and the last

Reservamos una furgoneta para 9 pasajeros y al dia siguiente de estar con ella en nuestro destino vacacional se estropeo el cierre centralizado. Les llamamos, pensando que nos remitirian a un taller, pero cual fue nuestra sorpresa cuando el mismo dia nos llevaron otra. Al llegar de vuelta, nos quedo una bateria externa en ella y nos avisaron al momento. En cuanto al trato y al servicio administrativo, la experiencia ha sido muy buena. Totalmente recomendable. Repetiremos!!
We reserved a van for 9 passengers and the day after being with it at our vacation destination the central locking broke down. We called them, thinking that they would refer us to a workshop, but what was our surprise when they brought us another one the same day. When we got back, we had an external battery left in it and they notified us immediately. In terms of treatment and administrative service, the experience has been very good. Totally recommended. We will repeat!!
