Beware of additional charges that are not explained to you and just appear on your credit card bill and their explanation afterwards "you're a preferred customer so not signature was required from you" I've never used and will never use Avis again, so not sure how I could be a preferred customer EDIT - A further charge has been taken from my card. I have contacted customer services and so far, I have received nothing back. I have contacted my bank to prevent further charges going out

Staff is not moving from their chair to make with you the review of the state of the car at departure. Therefore, no surprise, at return, they find scratches not mentioned on their review. Not fair! No trust possible. Be sure that you take all possible pictures!

I had booked and paid in advance, but due to a delayed flight I could not pick up the vehicle, not even the next day, as the station was not open. When I picked up the car two days later, I didn't get a credit for the two days. I was not responsible for the delay. Especially not the second day. And I also didn't notice all the work I had done before with the QuickPass. The clerk still needed another 15 minutes to re-enter everything. Why ? Why can't you rent out your car like car sharing agencies do. Only via an app, without long waiting times and opening hours.

I find myself typically providing reviews when i have a bad experience. This time it was different. There was some miscommunication when picking up my car rental. I was sold full coverage insurance as I understood it was just the insurance waiver, damage pre-authorization. The desk attendant actually CORRECTED the contact. This never happens. Normally these car companies just say "sorry, you signed, can't help you", but this lady did step up today. I appreciate the effort she put forth. I hope she has a wonderful month.

The staff at the counter was very friendly, both for the rental and for returning the vehicle, everything was easy and fast, there was no problem and also, during my stay I wanted to extend the vehicle rental and with an email everything was solved. My flight was very late and I had many hours left and they kept my backpack for me at no additional cost (there is no left luggage at the airport). So I really appreciate the efficiency and kindness with which they treat customers. Excellent service!

El personal en el mostrador fue muy amable , tanto para el alquiler como para devolver el vehiculo , todo fue facil y rapido, no hubo ningun problema y ademas , durante mi estancia quise prolongar el alquiler de vehiculo y con un email todo fue solucionado. Mi vuelo salia muy tarde y me quedaban muchas horas y me guardaron mi mochila sin coste adicional ( en el aeropuerto no hay consigna). Asi que agradezco muchisimo la eficacia y amabilidad con la que tratan a los clientes. Excelente servicio!

THIS IS NOT A REVIEW FOR THE OFFICE, BUT FOR THE BUDGET COMPANY. THE SERVICE FROM THE OFFICE WAS EXCELLENT. But the company and its conditions are terrible for different reasons: 1. On the website, they do not indicate the amount of the excess they are requesting (in my case it was 1,200 what they asked me at the counter). 2. Neither does the website offer the possibility of providing comprehensive insurance (which cancels the deductible). 3. When I called by phone and made the reservation, I asked if there was any charge that would be made for the reservation, and they only told me that the 200 deposit (for gasoline and others), but at no time did they tell me about the excess of 1,200 and I asked it again and again to make sure. 4. In addition, the price they gave me for the rental was without including VAT, taking into account that I am an end customer, I think that the corresponding thing is at least, if they do not want to include it when they say it, it is to warn that it is WITHOUT VAT included. First and last time I rent with Budget. Honest and progressing companies are those that do not deceive or hide, and Budget does NOT have this.

Cuando llame por telefono e hice la reserva, pregunte si habia algun cargo que se me haria en la reserva, y solo me dijeron que los 200 de deposito (de gasolina y demas), pero en ningun momento me dijeron lo de la franquicia de los 1.200 y eso que lo pregunte una y otra vez para asegurarme. 4. Ademas el precio que me dieron del alquiler era sin incluir el IVA, teniendo en cuenta que soy cliente final, creo que lo correspondiente es como minimo, sino quieren incluirlo cuando lo dicen, es avisar que es SIN IVA incluido. Primera y ultima vez que alquilo con Budget. Las companias honestas y que progresan, son las que no van con enganos ni ocultamientos, y esto Budget NO lo tiene.

Al llegar al Aeropuerto de la Coruna, y despues de 1h de cola con solo 3 personas por delante (20min por persona), me dan un coche automatico que se queda completamente bloqueado y no arranca. Despues de 2h y un cambio de vehiculo por fin consigo salir del parking del Aeropuerto. La chica del personal que me atiende me indica claramente que no debo llenar el deposito al dejarlo, le pregunto de nuevo y me indica que Lo puedes dejar en reserva, no es necesario que lo llenes y no se te cobrara. Desconozco si esto es por las molestias ocasionadas, pero no me paro a pedirlo por escrito porque como digo ya iba 2h tarde. Al recibir el mail de fin de contrato, pretenden facturarme 48 de combustible. 1 semana despues de la reclamacion nadie me ha contactado, no he recibido ningun mensaje o mail con el codigo de mi reclamacion, y unicamente han tratado de pasar la factura por el banco. Cuando llamo para preguntar y exigir la solucion de este incidente, resulta que no lo tienen ni siquiera correctamente registrado.

Usar mis datos bancarios para cobrarme un servicio que no me han dado o no se que me han cobrado, en definitiva, robarme 200e me parece muy grave. Y ahora debo moverme en denuncias cuando esto no deberia de estar pasando. En la vida alquilo con ellos y espero nadie no haga, panda de ladrones sinverguenzas jugando con el dinero de las personas que trabajamos humildemente.

Estamos pasando frio, ya que nos ha pillado en medio del campo, con lluvia y viento.La grua se llevo el coche pronto, pero nos acaban de llamar de la empresa de taxis y dicen que les acaban de avisar (cuando llevamos dos horas y media esperando). Encima hemos tenido que llamar varias veces a su telefono de pago y en la ultima llamada nos han dejado un cuarto de hora en espera, supuestamente consultando algo, y finalmente hemos tenido que colgar.
