I would only book here as a last resort. We booked three days in advance, and still had to wait an hour and a half for our car to be ready. Upon returning the vehicle, the checkin attendant claimed we had an accident because of an unseen scratch next to the tire. Thankfully we got the full coverage. Based on my experience, this company is likely taking any opportunity to squeeze extra money out of its rentals. Enterprise should audit this franchise. Renter be-ware
