Hired a car for three days. It was a nice car but had a fault. They sorted it out with no problems. Because of the fault wasting my time they refunded me a days rental. Lovely lady in the office easy to deal with and not looking to charge you for anything extra. They do what it says on the tin.

Easy and honest! Just wanted a car for a day and whilst they only had a few to choose from (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) it was really easy to hire and unlike other companies, there were no hidden extras and no charges for cleaning etc afterwards. Thank you.

Booked a car and was informed it would be delivered to our hotel in the morning. Got up early and packed our bag for a lovely day out exploring the island. Had a quick breakfast then to reception to meet the rep from pluscar to collect our car and head out. It's now almost 12 noon and no car or rep. Online listed phone numbers don't work and our day out is ruined. Thanks pluscar

Zero reaction to car reservation! I guess they have nothing to offer? Prices are very high, a small car costs 65 EUR for 1 day. I dont recommend it.

The car, a Seat Arona, was okay. The service in Puerto del Carmen was poor. Contrary to the agreement and the stated opening times, we were not able to return the car until 7:30 p.m. but only the next morning (the store was closed). Even in the morning we had to wait more than 30 minutes in the office until the employee showed up. Nobody could be reached by phone at the telephone number provided in the afternoon or morning during opening hours.

Das Auto ein Seat Arona war okay. Der Service in Puerto del Carmen war schlecht. Wir konnten den Wagen entgegen der Absprache und den angegebenen Offnungszeiten nicht bis 19:30 Uhr abgeben sondern erst am nachsten Morgen (Ladenlokal war geschlossen). Auch morgens mussten wir mehr als 30 min im Office warten bis die Mitarbeiterin erschien. Auch telefonisch war nachmittags oder morgens wahrend der Offnungszeit unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer niemand zu erreichen.

Although the reservations department is a little dysfunctional..... The rest works like a clock, in the delivery and departure of keys, the cars are always ready, spotless, it is my third year with them in Lanzarote, I always rent for a month, this year I had perhaps the best utility vehicle that can be rented in Lanzarote, a Mazda 2, and when you rent for a month it is appreciated to have a car that is fast and frugal in consumption, and that does not give you failures and you have to return it wasting time on your vacation...!!!

El resto funciona como un reloj, en la entrega y salida de llaves, los coches siempre a punto, impolutos, es mi tercer anos con ellos en Lanzarote, alquilo siempre por un mes, este ano tuve quizas el mejor utilitario que se puede alquilar en Lanzarote, un Mazda 2, y cuando alquilar por un mes se agradece tener un coche rapido y frugal en consumo, y que no te de fallos y tengas que devolverlo perdiendo tiempo en tus vacaciones...!!!

The first time I took a rental car for 1 week and experienced great service. We were picked up from the hotel at exactly the same time as agreed and taken to a branch where the car I would have reserved a good 9 months before was parked. The employee on site was super nice and everything was signed as specified by the provider. Ill definitely get a car from Pluscar again next year...thumbs up for such service...

Wir wurden genau um die Zeit abgeholt vom Hotel wie vereinbart und zu einer Filiale gebracht wo genau das Auto stand was ich gut 9 Monate zuvor reserviert hatte. Der Mittarbeiter vor Ort war super nett und alles wurde so unterschrieben wie auch von Seitens des Anbieters angegeben war. Ich hole nachstes Jahr auf jeden Fall mir wieder ein Auto von Pluscar..Daumen hoch fur soviel Service..
