Plus Car Rent a Car in Costa Teguise

Awful service, some would describe as immoral business practice some would describe as fraud. Reserved a car online, called to confirm booking, arrived and was told they only had one car available (completely different vehicle and vastly more expensive). Avoid at all cost.

I rented a car for 3 days. My car already run more than 100,000 km, which is ok. First I want give 5 stars cause they are the cheapest in Costa Tequise, easy to find them, good communication, no deposit needed. But -1 star because the lady didn't mention to me if you use your headlights the amber warning triangle will come on. ( you have just t ignore it, because we need to change the number plate bulb. Later I found out myself, using change the car's menu to English.) -1 star again because my tyres were nearly flat and car pulled to right side by itself. I had to go to petrol station to check tyre pressure on all tyres and I had to reinflate them. 1 of them had only 0.7 bar pressure which is far too less. During the rental days I had no other problems.

Never make deposit of 150EUR with Credit Card! I dont get it Back. I rented a scooter and handed it over intact and complete. i was guaranteed to get my money. today it was debited. The supervisor from plus car yelled at me that the scooter was broken and hung up. I had great experiences with the service on Grand Canaria, but not on Tenerife. The pluscar employees were nice but the super visor was not. I also sent in pictures that the scooter was really intact. But they don't care My contract Number: Contract 10947 license plates 7707kmm Maybe someone can Help me that i get my deposit Back.

My 'go to' place for car hire in Costa Teguise. I've rented cars from them several times and never had a problem. Book online well in advance to ensure you get what you want at a very good price. The later you leave it the more likely you will be disappointed.

Staff in the shop were able to make our booking but disappointingly the on line booking system is not very effective. First time, I received no confirmation until after my visit to say that they did not have a car available. Second time, I received a confirmation saying no car available of my choice but offered no alternative. Decided to just visit the shop and managed to get a car. Car given for second day had a service warning notice flashing for the duration. Not sure that was right. :-(

I wanted to rent a car the worker over there told me to come back in 1 hour or call, i was calling the phone wasn't working and then we came back we told her the phone is not working plus she wanted to give us a small car but we heard she told other people there are cars available. We told her that and all of the sudden she then said you know what? there is nothing im not going to help you. The service is very bad we went there 4 times and each time it was full. Her name is maria the baddest worker over there. It is near the hotel melia salinas

We rented our little Fiat 500 from PlusCar, because I saw they have good opinions and because we kind of love Fiat 500. I wanted clear conditions with no hidden surprises, no hold deposit, because of imaginary scratch. So far, I must say, everything went as smooth as hoped. And, btw. there was no deposit! Fiat even had a polish menu and was super economic (5L per 100 km), even though we went through some mountains. I recommend PlusCar very much! There maybe cheaper options available (less than 20EUR per day), but there is always a risk that you will loose your deposit.
