New car Hassle free. Fiat Panda fitted the bill to sightseeing the island of Lanzarote. Fuel was economic . Did about 130 miles. And was still home before dinner at H10 hotel. Excellent.

All I can say is that everything is top notch! We actually wanted to rent somewhere else, but they didnt have anything available there! Should be a spontaneous rental. On the way back to the hotel I passed the PaylessCar rental, asked for the next day, unfortunately no reservation was possible, but you should come back and it would be fine! Done, done, got a Fiat Panda all inclusive for 40 a day on site the following day! Super cheap compared to all other landlords! The office is closed in the evening, so we should hand in the vehicle the next day! Everything went wonderfully, I cant write anything negative!

Very happy with PayLess as always a 10/10; many reservations already!! But this time they have made things worse, this specific Office in Costa Teguise with the attention and management of the reservation has surprised me with the reservation in Pickup/Drop off at Hotel ; I didnt know they offered this service and this option is highly recommended and in this office 110% ; With my parents they rented a car and it was super good in the month of February 2024. Fantastic car Hire !! We booked online, 2 days in advance, for 3 days rental. (Wouldnt allow us to book for 2 days) we booked for Hotel pick up and return and it cost us PS21 euros a day. There were no additional insurance fees or extras for wheel damage, loss of keys, or wanting a steering wheel !! Had a confirmation e-mail, with all the details included. On the rental day, we had a phone call 10 mins before the booked time informing us someone would pick us up, and they arrived 10 mins later. Took to the office, completed the paperwork (again, no hidden extras or additional insurances and no deposit or credit card details asked for) I completed paperwork, handed the keys and shown where the car was parked. There were none of the meticulous checks for existing damage. In fact, I wasnt even escorted to the vehicle, which was good that no one saw me get in the passenger side and wonder whod nicked the pedals and steering wheel (left hand drive!!) Car was imacculate inside and out and a new model. Finished with the car a couple of hours early on the day of return, so phoned out of courtesy just see if they wanted to collect it early. Lady was very appreciative but said no problem, please just leave the keys in our hotel reception and they would collect whenever. And that was that !! Hassle free, cheap as chips, worry-less car hire would definitely recommend and use again. P.s I rarely leave reviews, but credit were credits due !!

We rented a small car (Fiat Panda Cross) at a very reasonable price with no deposit. The car was pretty clean (apart from one french fry found on the floor ) and reliable. I recommend. I probably visited every rental company in the area looking for a suitable baby seat. The payless lady found us a suitable car seat and rented a car without any problems. Prices are lower than in nearby rental companies (maybe Cicar has similar ones). We got a brand new Arona FR in a vending machine for two days for 80 Eur. Great car, great service.
