Fatal. I rent a car last month and I'm still waiting for the 500EUR of deposit that I gave. I asked them several times per phone and email, even my bank confirm me that never they received any refund. I am then going to the police as this is stealing. I recommend to rverybody to about this company who is zero professional and even more doing illegalities.

It seemed to me that they have no control over the time they book the car! 1 day 50 euros 2 days 112? and then they keep calling you in the middle of the trip to find out what time you're going to return the car?? The experience with this company was bad. When we arrived at the airport, we had to wait for them to arrive because, despite having set the car pick-up time, they were not there. Later, a very friendly guy helps us and when he gives us the car, he gives us a car that was not the one we had rented or similar to this one, but one of lower quality. Also, the car was dirty inside, and we noticed that he had a sandwich under the passenger seat. Despite all this, they give you the car almost empty of gasoline, just enough to leave the airport and take it to the first gas station you see. When making the contract they tell us that we have to leave a deposit and that it will be returned within a week. After 15 days passed and I saw that my money had not been returned, I contacted the company and they told me that they couldnt do anything, that it was the banks fault. It took them 1 month to return my deposit, despite telling me it would take 1 week. I have not had a problem with any other car company. I do not recommend renting with them.

Posteriormente, nos atiende un chico muy amable y al entregarnos el coche, nos da un coche que no era el que habiamos alquilado ni similar a este, sino uno de menor calidad. Ademas, el coche estaba sucio por dentro, y nos dimos cuenta que tenia un bocadillo debajo del asiento del copiloto. A pesar de todo esto, te dan el coche casi vacio de gasolina, lo justo para salir del aeropuerto y llevarlo a la primera gasolinera que veas. Al realizar el contrato nos dicen que tenemos que dejar un deposito y que se devolvera a la semana. Al pasar 15 dias y ver que mi dinero no se habia devuelto, contacte con la compania y me dijeron que ellos no podian hacer nada, que era culpa del banco. Han tardado 1 mes en devolverme mi deposito, a pesar de haberme dicho que tardarian 1 semana. No he tenido problema con ninguna otra compania de coches. No recomiendo alquilar con ellos.
