Totalmente recomendable, tuve un imprevisto con una rueda picada y la asistencia fue rapida y eficaz, pude seguir disfrutando de las vacaciones sin apenas haber perdido tiempo.
Totally recommendable, I had an unforeseen event with a chopped tire and the assistance was fast and efficient, I was able to continue enjoying the vacation without having hardly lost any time.
Laura at the Costa Teguise shop was really helpful and communicated with us well about any changes (times etc). We reserved a car but it wasn't available so was given another one that was better than what we reserved! New and very clean car, full comp and everything included in the price which was also brilliant. Couldn't recommend more and well worth doing! Thank you
Nicht zu empfehlen!! Einen Tag vor dem Ausleihen hiess es: naturlich Vollkasko, fully insurance. Als wir am nachsten Tag kamen, um das Auto abzuholen, wurde uns ein Vertrag mit jeder mehr Ausnahmen vor die Nase gelegt, die nicht versichert sind und ohne jede Angabe, in welcher Hohe man sich beteiligen musste. Wahrscheinlich muss man das dann in voller Hohe zahlen. Hatten wir das am Vortag gewusst, hatten wir die Autovermietung nicht in Erwagung gezogen. Haben kein Auto ausgeliehen und leider dort viel Zeit verschwendet.
Not recommended!! One day before the rental it was said: of course fully comprehensive, fully insured. When we came to pick up the car the next day, we were presented with a contract with multiple exceptions, no insurance and no indication of how much we would have to contribute. You will probably have to pay it in full. If we had known this the day before, we would not have considered renting a car. We didn't rent a car and unfortunately wasted a lot of time there.
Gente seria y eficaz a muy buen precio. Coches recien estrenado con seguro todo riesgo. Si quieres alquilar un coche economico y que no te mareen con limites de km, franquicias e historias, Cicar es tu agencia!

Wypozyczalem auto na 1 dzien. Nie mialem rezerwacji ale udalo sie znalezc idealne auto w cenie 50EUR za dzien (calkowity koszt, bez doplat). Zadnych problemow, polecam!
I rented a car for 1 day. I didn't have a reservation but I managed to find the perfect car for EUR50 per day (total cost, no extra charges). No problems, I recommend!
