We have rented twice in the months of October and November and we have been delighted with the treatment, kindness and all the necessary clarifications. Without hesitation we recommend this company to rent a vehicle. Highlight Laura's treatment at the Costa Teguise playas office, near Jablillo beach. Great professional and worthy of being taken into account by her bosses because there are currently no people with so much involvement, who care about the client's good and prioritize their well-being. Thank you for everything Laura, we will come see you again for sure.
Laura took us through the options in a very friendly yet professional manner. The car was ready on time, clean and ready to go. Our little Fiat 500 Abarth was fun to drive and it's extra umph on the steeper climbs was well worth the extra, glad we took Laura's advice. As you'll see it's distinctive colour made it easy to locate in crowded carparks.
I rented two cars whilst in Cotsa Teguise, both Fiat 500 convertibles. One we picked up from the airport which was nice and easy and returned at the office. I went back to the office to see if I could hire another car that day, fully expecting to not be able to but luckily there was one left. The girl in the office was very nice and took the time to find out which cars were being returned within an hour in case I wanted a different type of car. Both cars were very clean and well presented, they had a couple of dents and scratches but that's to be expected with a rental car. Handovers are nice and simple as well, just make sure the fuel is at the same level as it was when you picked it up. I'll be using Cabrera Medina next time I'm visiting the Canary Islands.

If I could give this branch 0 stars I would due to the absolutely appalling customer service from the woman behind the reception desk. To say she was rude would be an understatement. Please do yourself a favour before renting from here and walk 2 minutes around the corner to Auto's Martina where we rented our car for a fraction of the price with full insurance from a very helpful and kind, professional team.
Great service, great price and hire car in good order, will use again.
Bit dirty
After recommendations from our hotel, we decided to hire a jeep from these guys. Popped in to be treated like 2nd class citizens, we were even asked "you do know that's EUR170 don't you?". The lady behind the counter was actively rude to us. We decided to leave it for then and choose to book online instead (a much easier job), with a 10am pick up time. Again we popped over the road to pick up the car where we were laughed at for not knowing where the car was, told it was at another office and our only option was to walk to it, or.... no other option at all. We left, went to Autos Famara rent a car instead and had fantastic service from beginning to end. Much cheaper too!
