Rude customer service from the man at the counter when we inquired about renting a car. Even when we said our dates are flexible, he didn't even bother to see if any cars were available. Definitely different service here then at our home in Canada. We will take our business elsewhere! Update: rented a car from a different company just down the street and the service and price were exceptional-go there instead!

First expreience with Cabrera Medina/CICAR on Lanzarote was very good! The consultant was very kind, a lot of available cars, even if we go without earlier reservation. Got Opel Corsa GSI which I wanted - I really like this car!. The car condition was normal as in the cars in car rentals - acceptable damages and scratches. No added costs, everything smooth and fast. Recommend!

Well impressed with how quick the service we received was. In and out with the keys to a fully equipped Astra with sat nav, fitted with a child seat at no extra cost all within 15mins Was also given the option to leave the keys in my hotel reception instead of returning the car to the office.

We had to exchange the car we rented at the airport because of a defect. A super friendly employee with fluent English organized a new car for us quickly and unbureaucratically. Even an upgrade. There is no better agency for us in the Canary Islands.

Voor 7 dagen auto gehuurd voor prima prijs. Auto werd keurig op tijd gebracht bij hotel ondanks dat ik deze pas avond ervoor geboekt had. Alles was incl volledige verzekering (dus er werden geen extra verzekeringen aangesmeerd wat vaak gebeurd) , 2e bestuurder was gratis en vol met benzine krijgen en weer inleveren. Absoluut een aanrader dus om hier je auto te huren!
