We got a car from rent a car Gigi and it was the best car renting experience I've ever had. Often you got long waiting lines, stressed and unfriendly stuff.. but at rent a car gigi it's the total opposite. Everybody was really nice and helpful and they even got us a really good deal for the car. Never had a car for a week for such a good price. If I'm coming back to Tenerife I'm definitely coming back to rent a car Gigi! All the best

Very good experience! Great experience. We rented a car for 2 days. While renting we described our plans, and they helped us choose best fitting car for our trip(Teide). The car must be a tad stronger since this is a mountain trip. they also told us about best route, considering newer roads vs old ones.(really recommend taking slightly longer route by distance but with a better road) After we came back, they even keep our stuff safe until our check in time, so we could have a luggage free walk to breakfast location. Thank you Celine for great experience. Next time would rent a car here again.

Great experience with this company, was skeptical at first as the paper work was as simple as them taking your driving licence and passport number and signing a piece of paper, we did book the car in advance online I don't know if this made the paperwork easier for them? We heard so many horror stories about car rental companies adding hidden fees or being pushy with extra insurance but these were not one of them. When we were finished with the car we just returned the keys and that was it. Staff were very friendly and professional. Can't recommend them enough.
