Alles Bestens, schnell und unkompliziert. Ich kann die negative Bewertung nicht nachvollziehen. Das Auto war im super Zustand, Tank war voll, Auto sehr sauber, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bezahlt haben wir ein Teil, von dem was wir am Flughafen hatten zahlen mussen. Gerne wieder.
Everything is great, quick and uncomplicated. I can't understand the negative review. The car was in great condition, the tank was full, the car was very clean, the employees were very friendly and accommodating. We paid part of what we would have had to pay at the airport. Gladly again.
Bedauerlicherweise eine schlechte Empfehlung. Der Kia Rio den wir bekommen haben, wurde uns in keinem einwandfreien Zustand ubergeben. Der Touchscreen des Display war defekt. Keinerlei Reaktion. Nachdem ich dies reklamierte, wurde mir gesagt, dass das Problem bekannt ist und jeden Kia Rio betrifft. Also werden hier bewusst Autos an Kunden vergeben, die nicht einwandfrei funktionieren. Eine Frechheit. Warum man diese nicht reparieren lasst? Nun ja, die Arbeit, jedes Auto nach Puerto del Rosario zu bringen ist zu gross. Das lasst sich nicht machen. Meiner Meinung nach nicht zu vertreten. Vergleichbare Autovermietungen (Cicar) vertreiben ihre Autos fur deutlich weniger Geld und in perfektem Zustand. Beispiel fur 7Tage Kia Rio hier 350EUR Bespiel fur 7 Tage Peugeot 207 Cicar 190EUR Versicherungen etc. alles gleich. Vergleicht die Mietwagenanbieter und lasst die Finger hier von!
Unfortunately, a bad recommendation. The Kia Rio we received was not handed over to us in perfect condition. The touchscreen of the display was broken. No reaction at all. After I complained, I was told that the problem is known and affects every Kia Rio. So cars are deliberately given away to customers that don't work properly. An impudence. Why not have these repaired? Well, the work of getting every car to Puerto del Rosario is too big. That can't be done. In my opinion, this is not justifiable. Comparable car rental companies (Cicar) sell their cars for significantly less money and in perfect condition. Example for 7 days Kia Rio here 350EUR Example for 7 days Peugeot 207 Cicar 190EUR Insurance etc. everything is the same. Compare the rental car providers and stay away!

In dem Laden ist der Kunde nicht Konig, sondern nur der, der zahlen muss! Eigentlich fing alles gut an, jedoch haben wir ein Auto bekommen, bei dem das Radio und das Display nicht funktionierten. Zudem haben wir keine Entschadigung erhalten, und es wurde uns gesagt, dass alle Modelle (Kia Rio) dieses Problem haben. Ich finde es sehr frech, den vollen Preis zu verlangen, obwohl das Auto nicht komplett funktioniert, wie zum Beispiel das Navigationsgerat. Zudem wird einem ziemlich frech entgegengetreten. Fur das Geld, das man dort zahlt, sollte man ein funktionierendes Fahrzeug bekommen oder einen Preisnachlass erhalten. Beides dort war nicht der Fall....
In the store the customer is not king, only the one who has to pay! Everything actually started well, but we got a car where the radio and display didn't work. Additionally, we received no compensation and were told that all models (Kia Rio) have this problem. I think it's very cheeky to charge the full price even though the car doesn't fully work, such as the navigation device. In addition, you are treated quite cheekily. For the money you pay there you should get a working vehicle or get a discount. Neither was the case there....
Wir sind spontan vorbei gegangen, weil die unfreundliche Dame 100m weiter uns kein Auto vor Ort ausleihen lassen wollte/konnte und wir sind froh, dass es so gekommen ist. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten konnten wir losdusen. Es gab eine kleine Einfuhrung fur die Bedienung des Fahrzeuges und wir haben sogar Tipps fur die Fahrt bekommen, weil man uns gefragt hat was wir uns auf der Insel anschauen wollen. Gerne kommen wir wieder ! Der Kollege war total freundlich und das Auto sauber.
We spontaneously went past because the unfriendly lady 100m away didn't want/couldn't let us rent a car on site and we're glad it happened that way. We were able to jet off within 10 minutes. There was a short introduction to how to operate the vehicle and we even got tips for the trip because we were asked what we wanted to see on the island. We would be happy to come back! The colleague was really friendly and the car was clean.
Bardzo mila obsluga. Pani zarezerwowala auto na kolejny dzien. Cena tez byla milym zaskoczeniem. W dniu wypozyczenia Pani zaoferowala mila promocje autko ktore wzialem to Kia Rio, nie jest nowe ale wszytko w nim dziala jak nalezy po za klimatyzacja ktora slabo chlodzi.
Very nice service. The lady booked the car for the next day. The price was also a pleasant surprise. On the day of the rental, the lady offered a nice promotion the car I took was a Kia Rio, it's not new but everything works as it should except the air conditioning, which doesn't cool well.
Everything went smoothly. Minimal paperwork. Prices adequate. Car in decent condition. Great communication.
Fantastic service and very helpful even in problematic situations as well.
