Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, das Auto hat allerdings mal so garnicht uberzeugt. Wir wollten eigentlich einen i20, haben einen C3 bekommen. Bis auf die Optik uberhaupt kein Problem und auch keine schlechte Bewertung notwendig, das Fahrzeug war allerdings so schlecht gewartet dass es leistungsschwach und schwankend war, es fuhlte sich eher nach 50PS an, nur kurzfristig hatte man mal 80PS als sich das Fahrzeug dazu entschieden hat mal Gas zu geben. Ich denke es waren noch die ersten Zundkerzen..... CarPlay hatte der Wagen auch nicht. Allerdings hat die Verlangerung telefonisch sehr gut geklappt, das Auto war halt leider nur echt deprimierend.
The employees are friendly, but the car wasn't that convincing at all. We actually wanted an i20, but got a C3. Apart from the appearance, no problem at all and no bad rating necessary, but the vehicle was so poorly maintained that it had poor performance and fluctuating, it felt more like 50hp, only for a short time did you have 80hp when the vehicle decided to do that to step on the gas. I think they were still the first spark plugs... The car didn't have CarPlay either. However, the extension worked very well over the phone, but unfortunately the car was just really depressing.
Decu de notre experience d'hier , nous avons restitue le vehicule ce jour , en insistant je demande de faire le tour du vehicule afin de verifier l'etat du vehicule et de lui prouver que j'ai bien remis le plein du vehicule. Elle refuse quelques heures apres je recois une nouvelle facture de 106EUR . Avec facturation du plein car non mis lors de la restitution du vehicule Prix de base 43EUR Facturation de 106EUR 62EUR de frais non justifie car le plein ete fait . Grosse arnaque !!!

We rented a car for the whole day, paid extra for all the additional insurance, and everything went excellently. The car was in great condition, fully fueled. The handover was quick and efficient, the return was just the same. We would happily use this service again.
The administrator "lady" was very rude to us. An extra 20 euros per day was added to the insurance policy, since we are under 25 years of age (both will be 25 in November) we have had a driver's license and driving routine for 6 years!! It was a big disappointment, I don't recommend it to anyone. The volkswagen taigo with such a small engine does not belong on this island. shame!
THIEFS AND SCAMMERS, DO NOT RENT WITH AVIS!!! We rent an Audi q2 on 3th of August. When we came back from the beach of sotavento, we saw that we get a tire so my husband changed it. Then we went back to the hotel and call the assistance to know if there is something to declare. No, nothing to do, and the car is covered by an assurance so everything should be ok. The next morning we gave back the keys and avis' assistant made photos of the tire (that she sent us). we also took some photos and videos to have proves that nothing else was dommaged (f.ex.rims or something else). On the 4th of August we payed the invoice for the tire and car immobilisation (117 euros more than the rent Price). Ok, we understand. Yesterday avis sent us a new invoice of 483 euros, 5 days after the restitution of the car. And for what?! "Danos"? Which "danos"?!!! Nobody to contact, every english avis assistant is "busy". I have even contact the hotel to help me!!! You are trying to rip off our money, you are a band of THIEFS! This IS why there is nothing more than "danos" on tour invoice! I will go to the police if you do not find the solution for this incident!!!
Rented a car for 3 days. Booked from the iPad stand at the hotel - super easy. The guy who delivered it was super friendly and chatty. I was told by friends, that not all road is the best quality on the island, so I paid full insurance for the period. I met no problems with during or after the rental period, so I can therefore only recommend it. By the way - it's a great experience to travel the island by car!
Easy and fast! Loved the experience of booking and checking out. The car was clean, easy to drive, almost new!
