Unfreundlicher Besserwisser! Wir hatten uber Check24 ausgewahlt und SunnyCars war unser Vertragspartner! Vor Ort sollten wir das Auto nur erhalten, wenn wir auf Asphaltstrassen bleiben. Was bei Parkplatzen und Strandbesuchen nicht moglich ist! Nach Rucksprache mit der Hotline von SunnyCars wurde uns versichert, dass die Vollkasko greift, wenn wir auf ausgewiesenen Strassen bleiben, also Parkplatzen und ordentliche Schotterpisten inbegriffen. Der Mitarbeiter bei AVIA Cars akzeptierte dies nicht und wollte den Schlussel nicht herausgeben. Erst beim Anruf seines Chefs auf Gran Canaria loste dieses Problem! Bitte setzt Euch vor Ort durch, damit dieser Mitarbeiter so bald wie moglichen hier nicht mehr arbeitet! Viel Erfolg!
Unfriendly know-it-all! We made our selection through Check24 and SunnyCars was our contractual partner! We should only keep the car on site if we stay on asphalt roads. Which is not possible when parking and visiting the beach! After speaking to the SunnyCars hotline, we were assured that the fully comprehensive insurance would apply if we stayed on designated roads, including parking spaces and decent gravel roads. The employee at AVIA Cars did not accept this and did not want to hand over the key. Only when his boss called in Gran Canaria did this problem solve! Please take action locally so that this employee stops working here as soon as possible! Good luck!
Wir haben den Mietwagen uber Check24 gebucht und vorab bezahlt. Als wir ankamen, wurden wir erst einmal daruber belehrt, dass diese Autos von TuiCars angeboten werden und nicht von Check24. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr forsch und gab uns einfach ein anderes Auto, als was wir gemietet haben (naturlich nicht zum positiven). Als wir ins Auto gestiegen sind, leuchtete direkt das Werkstattsymbol. Dieses begleitete uns auf samtlichen Erkundungen der Insel. Als Kaution darf lediglich eine Kreditkarte verwendet werden. Unsere Karte wurde, wahrscheinlich aufgrund der Farbe, einfach nicht akzeptiert. Damit er keine Umstande hat, uns das Geld zuruck zu erstatten, bot er uns grosszugig an, eine Kaution von 210EUR in Bar da zulassen. Bei der Ruckgabe des Fahrzeugs wurde nur gefragt, ob der Tank voll ist. Wir wurden daruber keinen Mietwagen mehr buchen.
We booked the rental car through Check24 and paid for it in advance. When we arrived, we were first informed that these cars were offered by TuiCars and not by Check24. The employee was very forward and simply gave us a different car than the one we rented (of course not in a positive way). When we got into the car, the workshop symbol lit up. This accompanied us on all our explorations of the island. Only a credit card may be used as a deposit. Our card was simply not accepted, probably due to the color. So that he doesn't have to worry about refunding us the money, he generously offered us a deposit of EUR210 in cash. When returning the vehicle they only asked if the tank was full. We would no longer book a rental car through this.
Haben ubers Internet, dort uber Sunny Cars das Fahrzeug gebucht. Dieses dann in Costa Calma bei Avia car abgeholt. Unkompliziert und schnell, Mitarbeiter sprach gut Englisch und war gut drauf. Auto war ein Toyota, mit noch nicht mal 3000 km auf der Uhr. Nachtrag: Abgabe des Fahrzeugs war auch absolut unkompliziert. Sunny Cars, hat uns drei Wochen nach Urlaubsende, einen 10% Gutschein geschickt, der ein Jahr gultig ist. Diesen werdenden wir sicherlich in Anspruch nehmen.
We booked the vehicle online via Sunny Cars. This was then picked up in Costa Calma from Avia car. Uncomplicated and quick, the employee spoke good English and was in a good mood. The car was a Toyota with less than 3000 km on the clock. Addendum: Dropping off the vehicle was also absolutely uncomplicated. Sunny Cars sent us a 10% voucher three weeks after the end of our vacation that is valid for one year. We will certainly take advantage of this.
Wir haben uber unseren TUI Reiseleiter ein Cabrio fur 1 Tag gemietet. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Wir wurden wie ausgemacht punktlich am Hotel abgeholt und konnten den Schlussel ganz bequem an der Hotel Rezeption abgeben. Das Auto war in einem sauberen und guten Zustand. Vielen Dank fur den tollen Tag und guten Service. Gerne wieder!
We rented a convertible for 1 day through our TUI tour guide. Everything worked out wonderfully. As agreed, we were picked up at the hotel on time and were able to hand over the key easily at the hotel reception. The car was in clean and good condition. Thank you for the great day and good service. Gladly again!
Mitarbeiter die zum Lachen in den Keller gehen. Bei Abholung bekam ich als erstes eine Belehrung das ich dringend lernen sollte ein Automatik zu fahren. Der Tank war nur halbvoll was uns leider erst nach 60 km aufgefallen ist. Beim abgeben des Fahrzeuges wird man kurz gefragt ob der Wagen voll getankt ist..... ohne Nachweis. Im Fahrzeug lief die Klimanlage zwar, war aber nicht einzustellen da Schalter defekt. Nochmals wurde ich dort nicht mieten.....

The tank was only half full, which unfortunately we only noticed after 60 km. When you hand over the vehicle you are briefly asked whether the car has a full tank of fuel... without proof. The air conditioning in the vehicle was running, but could not be adjusted because the switch was defective. I wouldn't rent there again...
